I signed up and paid upfront for gym, then the following week the gym closed down. I was told I would get a refund, so then I had to go sign up and pay again at Virgin Active. So I had to pay R3,200 odd and then pay again. Still no refund from Ignite Fitness since June despite many promises.
I joined Ignite fitness in Milnerton, had amazing facilities. Paid cash for a year contract and the following week the gym shut down permanently. Now struggling to get a refund and their customer services is not even answering my emails. Very disappointing and I worry that all their branches will shut down or get sold.
I recently renewed two of my Vodacom contracts. The data bundles that were agreed to by Vodacom were not loaded. After many fruitless phone calls to correct this, I logged a ticket to get a copy of the recording so that I can highlight what was promised was not delivered. Even the request to provide a coy of the recording has fallen on deaf ears, even though I was assured that a ticket was logged. Now I am constantly purchasing data top up bundles for these lines. I should have migrated my contracts, not happy with the service experience at Vodacom.

Purchased products online, took them weeks to actually ship my order, only half of products arrive and months later I am still struggling to get my refund. I have a feeling they have stolen my money and will not pay me back. I have all the emails and correspondence to prove my statement above.
I purchased a few items online, 3 x Bags of Pool Salt did not arrive. No matter what I do and how many times I speak to Builders, noting happens. Have been trying for a month now, they are non responsive and it seems like I will never get the items paid for delivered. What do you call it when you pay online for something and never receive the goods?
DO NOT SIGN UP - Impossible to Cancel. I keep trying to call their call center, when I eventually get through the agents say that they cannot cancel my contract because I drive a Volvo and there is only a special department that can cancel a contract for a Volvo car. I dont get any calls back from this magical department where only they can cancel a Tracker installed in a Volvo. This is biggest pile of nonsense I have ever heard. Be very cautious and think twice before signing up with this company.
You pay but you don't get the products. Don't use this service. They don't even answer your emails.
<p> I have been trying for 4 months to terminate my subscription. I have completed the forms and sent them to Glocell multiple times, still no conclusion. This is horrible service. </p>
