ABSA ATTORNEYS REFUSE TO SEND ME AN EMAIL, AND HARRASS FOR PAYMENT EVERYDAY
I lost my work 2 months ago. Every day I recieve a call from strauss attorneys demanding money, I explained that I lost my work, I dont have any money to pay at the moment. BUT I am starting work at a new company in january. and I asked them every time to rather send me an email. So that I can respond in writting, As I want to keep record and if needed give it to my attorneys. THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME AN EMAIL. I check everyday first thing for their email. And everyday they call again . How many times must I repeat my request for an email. THEY THINK BY HARRASSING ME EVERYDAY WILL CHANGE MY SITUATION. I want to make arrangements for payments starting from the end of January. is ABSA USING MAFIA tactics

HARRASMENT FROM DALY EVEN THOUGH ARRANMENT HAS BEEN MADE WITH ABSA.
I have made arrangment with ABSA credit card to pay off the small arrears over two months. I keep getting calls from Daly Strauss Attorneys 031 537 6926 stating that I owe almost double the amount that ABSA said that I owe . I just recieve a call from khulekani agent of Daly, they are harrasing me even after makming arrangments with ABSA

loan ****mers? IS someone in ABSA selling clients infomation?
I app**** for a personal loan with ABSA. NOW I keep getting calls from cellphone numbers in which the caller states that they are calling to complete the loan application. I have already dealt with the ABSA loans department. SO NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHO IN ABSA HAS SUPP**** MY PERSONAL DETAILS TO AN OUTSIDE COMPANY OR ****MERS. The last call was today the number is 0782749133. I told them I would contact ABSA ***** and they put down the call.

Unknown reason for being billed with reference Telesales
I contacted MFC complaints . Asking why is there a amount of R290 with a reference of Telesales being added to my account. I wanted to know why and for how long has this amount been billed to me. I recieved a call on friday the 25/08/23 from a lady saying that I will recieve a call on monday, And there is a lot of clients asking the same. That night I recieved a call around 19:00 but the call dropped. I still have no answer. This is the first post . Next will be on social media

I WANT MY ACCOUNT CLOSED
i went in to nedbank clear water to close my account yesterday,. They said that I cant close the account because there is money in the account. They told me to withdraw all the money. I said if i withdraw all the money nedbank is going to say that they will not be able to close the account because there is no money in the account. THEY TOLD ME THAT THAT WON'T HAPPEN. They gave me a number to call 080055111 to close the account, SO I WITHDREW ALL THE MONEY . I called the number this morning as I was told to do by Clearwater branch. NOW THE CALL CENTER SAYS I MUST DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THE ACCOUNT TO CLOSE IT . I WANT MY ACCOUNT CLOSED NOW

48 hours loophole
Last Saturday I fell down the stairs, I thought that I would heal up so I treated the injury myself. I still have evidence of bruising. After a week of resting the pain is not easing so I called Netcare ONLY to be told that I had to report the accident in 48 hours. This I did not know. So they refuse to assist me. Firstly I thought it would heal and I am not a doctor. Second I was honest in my reporting of the injury and date. I honestly thought it would heal only now to find a loophole in the policy. I feel that this is not a fair practice. I will make this my lifelong endeavor, post my experience on social media, and spread the word. And lay a complaint with Ombudsman. This is now my life mission

Just gym / planet fitness is refusing to send me a full statement of all the payment that I done. My contract had ended and I payed up the arreas and now I am getting demands from landaucollect for payment. I have a right to a full statement.

collecting on prescribe debt by conning people
They contact my wife . And conned my wife into settling a 26 year old ABSA debt at a discounted amount which she did. We have all the emails correspondence. And now they are harassing her for the outstanding amount and listed her. Every time they call my wife informs them that will be contacting a lawyer and asks for a contact person details they end the call. what they are doing is illegal. We will be now seeking legal advice. And be contacting the debt collection association
