We would highly recommenced Bryasnton Vet Hospital. Our dog was diagnosed with cancer of the jaw/mouth. They gave us informed options and explained in detail all the different options and said we should think about it. Once we decided to operate they operated successfully and DR Greg Irvine-Smith was excellent explaining all the pros and cons and keeping us updated all the time. When the cancer re occurred they dealt with us again in a caring way. Our dog was handled with love and care by several vets we saw and they treated us with care. All the vets were knowledgeable and caring.
We took 2 vehicles to VDS autobody. They were very professional. They kept to their promise when the vehicle would be ready. Robert kept us updated all the way on the progress of the vehicle. Their workmanship was also outstanding. We would highly recommend them.

Every time we take our vehicle for a service at Mazda Randburg, we have asked them to check our radio and infotainment system as it randomly dials any number and randomly changes radio stations. While it was still under warranty and they could never find the problem but now out of warranty they find the problem and now want us to pay for it when we have brought up the issue so many times. Even though we have an invoice stating that they reset the radio and it said that as we complained but now, they say they fixed the problem which they never did, and the worst is they have no record of me complaining other times. I lay my life on the line that I did but unfortunately all the good staff gone who knew me and assisted in the past. They are accusing me that I never complained, and I would not lie about this. They say some liquid is split on it so why back in 2022 did they not say that but just reset radio. The Randburg branch manager dismissed me and did not follow up on my query and then came back and said out of warranty when I sent an invoice where they could clearly see that it was under warranty and the manager had the information up front. Mazda SA says under warranty the Randburg branch must deal with it, but they are accusing me of lying and spilling something on the unit. We are looking at buying cars but the way Mazda has treated us although we were looking at Mazda will not be going back to them. Very angry and only now a month later due to Head office contacting Randburg did the manager bother to email me and pass the blame onto us. So Mazda SA have just dismissed the complaint and Randburg Mazda saying as we did not complain and they did fix the problem which they did not they are not doing anything about our complaint which is very unfair and why should we carry a cost for some thing we have been complaining about since 2022

After for years of drawing money then going into the bank,I was suddenly informed private clients cant do this only business. After the consultant who helped me knew I was going to the tellers. We wasted nearly an hour trying to sort out cardless withdrawal get to the teller and denied change, same consultant comes to tellers to tell me I cant after giving me a ticket and telling me to go to tellers she knew exactly what I wanted. Lay a complaint, Clearwater promises to phone me back and still waiting. PM FNB and they dont answer, email and customer care and still no answer. Very poor service from FNB, No customer service at tellers at Clearwater or from FNB Social media or their care dept
Don't load recurring data on to pay as you go. They recycle your number and don"t contact you to tell. Take your money for months and then when you notice it, you battle to get any help to cancel the recurring data. For months now spend hours on the phone trying to stop it, get promissed it is stop but no its not again and again every month it goes through and every month spend hours trying to resolve. Phone customer care they cant help but pass it to back office which they cant contact expect loading a query so no contact with internal departments utter *******. Get told they will follow up with back office and no one phones you back as promised. Vodacom ******* *****ing our money and we just cant seem to stop this.
It seems to be a common complaint on this page. No refund fourth coming. We brought tickets for Robbie Williams show canceled and no refund just empty promises. No response to my PM, email or facebook. The response is generic on some peoples response 10 days which is long gone now, any minute, soon. Did computicket not have money to refund so then held back refund so when new tickets released they using that money to refund? Just refund our money as promised. They also blaming the banks utter nonsense
Wort serve ever. The call center makes you hold for ever. Then when you lay a complaint the person who promises to phone you back at a certain time does not. Extend warranty department never answers calls or emails. When eventually you get through to some one they make promises which they dont keep. The agents the use for extended warranty treat you also like *******.
What amazing customer service from Dyson head office in Bryanston. The brush for my Dyson vacuum cleaner broke. Austin answered my email promptly to advise about getting a new one. Went to their office and paid for a new one and before lunch I received from them a new brush. All the staff from the receptionist to another tech who’s name I didn’t get where very professional and helpful. Austin went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommended their service and product.
