I am so drained because there is no resolution and Vodacom is just taking me from pillar to post I communicated through email and I was sent an email to go in store for assessment, on Sunday I went to Westgate Mall in store and the store advised they book for repairs and of which I had already stated that I do not want that, sent an email again advising what happened in store I am again sent instore for assessment and the store doesn't do that, who is the idiot?? Please contact me through email, I am at work and I need attended to asap
I purchased my device from Vodacom on the 4th January and discovered that the multifunction port is defective. The phone charges, but the headset function does not work at all. This is a clear manufacturing fault that makes the device unfit for its intended purpose. Vodacom’s customer service email address sends me an emails that redirect me to Tobi. Leaving me without proper support and wasting my time. I am extremely disappointed in Vodacom’s handling of this matter. I expect a replacement device, not a repair, as the defect compromises the advertised functionality. Vodacom needs to take accountability and honour their obligations under the Consumer Protection Act by replacing defective devices and providing proper customer support.
On the 3rd of January I went to Westgate shopping centre to buy a phone from pay joy and the lady was helping me, apon seeing prices I decided I wanted to think which phone i wanted and she had my Id to do the application and I left it there when leaving, the shock I got today getting a call that I bought a phone at Markham's on the 3rd of January and I've been trying to speak to your customer service with fail

I have had a pending transaction since the 28th of February till today and I start a chat with the agent named Palesa and she answers me rudely when I am contacting you guys for money back... I am unhappy with capitec service honestly
Exact Westgate had got to the worst service I've ever got, I always laybye and also get things within 2 months today I got my laybye that i did last month with them and when I want to do a new laybye was told they need my ID when I did my previous why didn't they need it when I just gave it to them, m buying not there for credit...
Bad bad service Monday was at game Westgate to purchase a tv and washing machine we where there for like 3 hours because 1 we had to wait for people who work in those departments, s now delivery is an issue... Imagine having issues before you get the product when it gets here will it be working 😏
On Thursday we woke up our dstv not working, on Saturday I sent my mom to dstv maponya mall who was told to come back Tuesday today I get there and I am advised I need to buy cables and that was information my mom was advised when we have insurance and like dstv is taking us for a ride honestly the money spent for transportation and for what, why do we even pay insurance I need my issue resolved
I went there to buy 2 streetwise 1 mix and the girl did streetwise 1 and I advised her that I want the mix, immediately she was like yoh yoh I've been voiding and I looked at her like and than she called the woman and stood the woman didn't come than I ask her what's happening she's like I called her then the woman can see that we have an argument she cane to void but stating that she doesn't void for other people it's just this girl, shame girl was ****ed but now she had an attitude towards me because the manager if she is had an attitude towards her.. drama that's so unnecessary
I bought fully loaded of the colonel burger not kfc giving me the mini bun of the burger not happy at all
