My husband and I phoned the life insurance department of FNB more than a week ago to enquire about our life insurance which we realized are different types of life insurance packages and to get more information on both so tha t we can change to one or the other so that we have the same life insurance. The guy couldn't explain the difference between the two types saying "I don't know how to explain it to you" and "how can I explain it to you?". He eventually promised that he will give our details to someone else to phones us back and to help us. We still waiting for the call more than a week later.
I phoned end of last month to cancel my membership. They told me I can't do it tellephonically and have to visit my nearest branch which is 4hrs drive there snd back from me. I said I can't and asked for an email address to cancel. I have sent 3 different emails already in the lsst week with no reply. I am not sure why a person can become a member telephonically but can't cancel telephonically. My email was sent ladt month and I don't want to pay an extra month.
I have firstly battled for about 3 weeks to get a quotation from Snomaster, with promises from Pierre Fourie & Angelique Liev, but with no action. Eventually I managed to get a invoice from Damian Canham on 30 Jan. I have paid the same day and sent him POP. No word from him since. I have phoned to follow up in the meantime, with yet another promise from Angelique that she will get back to me. Another week with no repply. I am flabbergasted by the poor service.
My takealot delivery (delivered by Fast and Furious couriers - Nelspruit) was supposed to arrived on Wednesday - 3 Feb. The note showed delivery on that day and someone should be available at my house until 17:00 to receive the parcel. Nothing arrived. I assumed delivery will then happen the next day (Thurs), again nothing arrived. I have spoken to the driver and he promised delivery will take place today (fri), but I received a call early this morning informing me that delivery will not take place because his manager said he can't come to my area today, BUT he can go to a town only 65kms away from me! I needed the parcel for this weekend. The Manager, Benz, is also very unhelpful and promised to call me back after he was not very helpful and willing to sort the issue. No call Takealot never informed me about a delay and never updated any changes regarding delivery. It is very difficult for me to make sure there is someone at my house every day till 17:00 to receive a parcel and I have no other address as I am a field worker and don't work from an office. I have put complaints in with Takealot about Fast & Furious couriers, but they don't even bother to reply or trying to sort the issues with this company. They just don't care! When I phone they can't give any feedback and say they will follow up with the couriers and get back to me. They NEVER get back to me!

I bought takeaways about 25-30 mins ago and the guy who served us at the window and who worked with our food wore a mask that was below his mouth and nose. This during Covid-19 pandemic!
I ordered headphones for my daughter for Christmas (15 Dec 2019) and it is today 23 January 2020 and it still havent arrived. I phoned before Christmas to follow up and was informed that their supplier already closed and will only open on 6 Jan and that my parcel will arrive soon after. When I followed up on 15 Jan (Wed) I was informed that I will receive my parcel friday, latest Monday (17 / 20 Jan). When I followed up again today (23rd) I was informed that they havent even sent my parcel yet!
I have ordered and paid for a Mobicell plum 14 days ago. After several follow ups telephonically and via email no one bothers to get back to me or to send my order.
We took out building insurance with iwyze about 5.5yrs ago. Yesterday my husband phoned them to also take out building insurance with them for another property we own. Well we still pay off both properties. My husband was informed that they can't help with insurance because we are renting the property out. So my husband explained to the guy that we then have buiding insurance with them for our other property we also still paying off and that they never mentioned anything back then that we can't have buiding insurance with Iwyze if we renting the property out. The guy just said we can't take out building insurance if we renting out. So my husband asked him so they sold the insurance to us, never said anything about the renting out issue and nowhere in our policy it indicates that the policy don't pay out if you are renting the property out and the agent never mentioned anything to him back then as he definitely wouldn't have taken the insurance if that was the case. So he asked if they would have paid out if there was any problems to the building and the guy said a clear NO! Iwyze have sold building insurance to us while withholding important information from us and we have therefore paid premiums to them for 5.5yrs wich comes down to stealing our money as we have basically paid for nothing.
I placed an big order with takealot. They did not wrap the pure beginnings bubble bath properly and it leaked out all over the stationary and other goods I ordered from them. (order # ********** 4). I placed the order on 2017-11-06. First email I have sent was on Fri, Nov 17, 2017 at 10:43 PM. I also phoned them after which they were very quick to collect the damaged goods - collected by Fedex on 21 November 2017. But I received several calls from different courier services informing me that they on their way to fetch parcels from me. I explain to them that I returned the goods in the same box all together the way I received it. They then replaced a few things, they sent me 7 separate parcels, with 1 item in each parcel. For eg. 1 Bostick glue stick. I ordered 8, but they only replaced 1. I phoned again and asked that they return the remaining goods which they have not sent yet. But still no sign of the outstanding goods. I emailed them on Sun, Nov 26, 2017 at 11:58 PM and phoned the next day.
