Fnb does not update your ITC when you have paid your loan. If you call or go to the bank they don't help. Since may 2017 no update on ITC.
<p>Teriible service, they do not follow the rules, when you phone the call centre. the ask for your banking details( why)</p>
<p>Over the last 2 months, caledon branch has been doing enquiries on my credit record, although i do not want to buy anything from them. The have my ID number, and I have requested them to stop doing enquiries on my record, but they still keep on doing it.</p>
<p>Thank You to Samantha Veeran for xds for helping us clear a credit listing that was not our loan, after 2 months fihting with a company called Miloc and no help from them, the first time anyone responded from xds was you and Ms Goossen.</p>
<p>my wife went to vodacom gansbay, the assistant had no knowledge of a IPHONE, called the IPHONE I tunes, the manageres, did not greet or gave any assistance, they told us it could not be fixed. We went to Malmesbury and the same problem was fixed in 12 hours.</p>
<p>I have paid my account, went to credit ombudsman because they refuse to update my credit profile, Ronette phoined me a threaten because i went to the ombudsman, she will make sure she takes her 60 days to update our credit profile we phoned headoffice to speak to the CEO, she grabs phone and screams, and when i ask for the ceo she puts the phone down, when we phone receiption, and tell them who we are the put the phone down0</p>
