On 27 November 2025 I placed an order online with Miladys for 4 items. Invoice #000213710 for Order #204000310736 After enquiring on 8 December 2025 on where my parcel was, I was told by Noxolo Makilina, by mail, that I had redirected the parcel to another address. I was not given this address that I apparently have redirected my parcel to. This morning 12 December 2025, after mails being sent backwards and forwards, I was informed by Malaika Naidoo and sent a "POD" by Miladys where a Katrina apparently signed for my goods. I want MILADYS to investigate this further and pass a credit on my account for the amount of R987.20. The Courier Company should be held responsible for this. If I do not have any luck with this complaint I will post the whole issue on FACEBOOK as well Thank you
I placed an online order on 30.10.2025. Website says the goods were shipped. I have queried it with Sheet Street with no response!! Let me know if I can still expect delivery this year??
On 1 July 2025 I ordered goods online from SHEET STREET. On 4th July they sent a mail letting me know they have finished packing the order. On the same day I received another mail telling me the order has left their premises. Last week I contacted SHEET STREET and was told by a lady that she will investigate and get back to me. Today is 15 July and no answer and no goods. So please where are my goods???
Is this a legit business at all?? People do not order for HIYAAT.COM at all. I ordered a curling brush, paid R470.00 and have not heard anything for them. Write mails to help@hiyaat.com, with not success, They do not even bother the answer!!! I am going to put a review on Facebook and Instagram ....people must be warned about this lot!!!
Cell C has handed me over to a collections business for the amount of +- R200. I, to this day refuse to pay this amount as I cancelled my contract within the said time frame. They keep on harassing me at least once a day Is Cell C in financial difficulties that they harass people for these petty amounts??
We have been having problems with our telephone system. I might say that this is a business!! I contacted HUGE TNS via their whatsapp line. For two days I have been complaining and nothing has happened. Worst service I have experienced in a very long time
I was in contact with Nelisiwe Ntuli from 19 June 2024 regarding fibre installation. When the installation was approved I insisted that one of my other contracts be upgraded for the fibre. It was agreed. The installation was completed by 26 June 2024 and the next minute I get an invoice for R15232.99. Since then I have been in contact with Nelisiwe Ntuli regarding the above and every time I was told that she has sent the query to the relevant department and I will get a call from them. No call, no credit and now my service has been disconnected. VADACOM service is pathetic. I want my service connected and a credit passed for the R15232.99
I have now totally had enough of the harassment by ASSOCIATED CREDIT SPECIALISTS - LEGAL DEPARTMENT, tel 0313671490 This 'BUSINESS" does not answer their telephone, do not replay to mails etc. The are very quick to call and harass one for a pitiful amount of money. I have been waiting from 5th August for my new laptop to be delivered. First the biometric system did not recognize my fingerprints as I have none. I then made arrangement for a manual delivery which I was informed on 11 April 2024 will happen today (refer attached message), 12 April 2024. In phoning DSV at the Witbank office (phone rings until it cuts out) and was given a totally incorrect phone number and was told that they (DSV) were unable to contact me. So my parcel is still not being delivered. I have NEVER experienced such bad service from any other courier company, and this from an international company, wonder what the share holders will think about this!! There is not email address to contact this business
I have now been trying from Tuesday 25th July to have my payment process reset. I would like to join this site, but it seems like they are a bogus business.
