I mailed them twice with no response and it is been months without replies. Imagine studying at Sants and you need urgent response on a matter and it takes 5 months for a reply or your grade.
After canceling my insurance a debit order went off my account. I mailed them and it is 4 days without hearing anything from them. This after they begged me to use outsurance.
I missed a payment at rental buddies, because of supspected ***** on my account. They charge me R75 extra for a debit order that returned. The lady send me a WhatsApp every day. Did you make a payment, but when they was supposed to swap the base of my bed, it took a month to reply.
Fnb is the most useless bank in South Africa. Phoned in regards with a reversal on my account. A week later my money is still not into my account. They said it will be in by 3-5 working days. I phoned today and know all of a sudden its 13-15 days. I said I will close my account and the consultant says to me. Thank you.
I made a call to get insurance and decided on which insurance cover I wanted. The first installment is wrong because there was cover added. Then the next month a debit order was deducted. If I go onto the app and see there is no policies added. I phone fnb and they responded I have no cover of non payment. I then gave them the date when the debit order went off. Tomorrow is a week since they supposedly would have called back.
What a bunch of idiots and incompetent people working at attorneys!! I paid my fnb account and its cleared and yet they keep ons sending mails that I dont pay!!
I stop my account and then I was billed afterwards. Then I phoned in and mtn said they will removed all the billings and yet there is still outstanding billings on my account!!
Mtn would not see me as client again. I put up a review 9th sept. Till this day I have not recieved any feedback from them. I cancelled my contract cancellation ref. no.293941426. Mtn South africa you and your staff is incompetent. Useless is maybe a better word. Please stop my contract and stop billing me!!!!!
I really have issues with mtn in the sense that the people working at their call centres are incompetent. I have cancelled my mtn contract and they keep on suspending the line. They kept on billing me after the cancellation. I even have an cancellation ref. no.. I was on the phone for more than an hour and no one helping me from their retention department or either the calls drop after a few minutes. The service from mtn is shocking. This is not my first bad experience with mtn. I won't recommend mtn to any one.
