I order items on TakeAlot and paid for the delivery. The delivery waa scheduled for Thursday 27 November. Suddenly I received a notification that delivery waa cancelled because they couldn’t get ahold of the person that is receiving the package which is complete nonsense as the person is at home and never received calls or notifications. I reported it using a useless email address and the person said they tried calling which is a lie. I even gave my contact details so that they can communicate but nothing happened. Now the items have been returned, my money not refunded and I have no answer on where the items are. So another ANC policy take on by Takealot. All promises but no action. Order No. 196096715
The service was amazing. Donavan has gone above and beyond to accommodate our every need. What a pleasant experience and what a joy.
There are people that we reported 3 times already, about them having animals and feeding their animals. 2 dogs has already died and the 3 one is about to. We have contacted the Springs SPCA and even went to the office, and reported these people, yet nothing has come of it. I really think that for an entity claiming to be for animals, the ANC seems to be the core of the SPCA, where the promises are made, but showing no results.
The absolute description of a waste to society. Another failure of a business. I asked twice for feedback on a package and they left me speechless with the 'no response' they thrive in. You can't call because there is no number! When you ask on the internet they probably don't even get the requests, everyone is probably on tee time the whole day.
I phoned in last month (around the beginning of September) to set up a debit order for one of my accounts, and I stipulated that the monthly fee must be what ever the owed amount is (monthly installment), and this month this bank took all of my money (over R7280) because the call center agent, told the system to take whatever is owed in its entirety. Which is not what I stated when I made the phone call. Now other debit orders will fail, and My rent will be late. Nedbank doesn't care. When I call in, They first say it is a credit card payment, I don't even have a credit card. And then they say they can't help, I must call later. How amazing is the bank that I have been banking with for most of my life.
I have never seen a more ***********ly run business than National Urethane Industries. We ordered chemicals in 2023, not everything was delivered, and when we order new chemicals we asked for the outstanding balance of the chemicals, when it arrived in March 2024 it was worthless, Product couldn't be used because it over reached the shelf life. Now for two weeks already we have been begging for these guys to come and collect their chemicals and pay back our money, and they are no where to be found. Made a bunch of empty promises that seems like they just don't care. WOW. Amazing how bad the service gets because management is fast asleep. Ricardo Alberts has promised to resolve this and it still hasn't happened. We are in April 2024 and we still sitting with this issue. I have called asking to speak to the branch manager and can't even get ahold of the manager. They took my number and the manager doesn't even call back.
Postnet is just as ******* as the rest of South Africa. I paid for a A2 canvas to be printed and Branden promised 2 days, after 4 days I go back to enquire about the canvas and saw that they made an A3 which is cheaper so they ****** me by taking my money. Then I took the A3 and said I still want my A2 which I paid for. Then the said that they will report it and make the A2 which still haven’t happened 4 days later. Then I called to find out about the A2 canvas and the person I speak to gets arrogant and ****y with me asking why I took the A3 then.
What a pathetic company. After my account was handed over from Telkom (just as pathetic) they had permission to debit my account for four months and then after the 3rd month they didn’t take the last amount outstanding, then they called again explaining exactly the same **** they did on the first call, as if we never spoke before, then they loose my bank details. Then after taking the last outstanding amount they still send me SMSes threatening me about taking me up with law on all that ****. Then when I call in, asking to speak to a manager, they tell me that a manager is nit available ( happened twice) so I would like to know how pathetic can you get? Then the lady tells me that the money should take a week to reflect, if they are so eager to collect money, have someone look at the accounts daily. It doesn’t take rocket science to run a good company. Really people. Pathetic I tell you.
I have been waiting fir more than a month now for this company to cancel my contract and still nothing has happened. Then when I call in to confirm the cancellation they tell me that I called in to upgrade the sim, which is so corrupt because i have been complaining about the bad service, so why would I upgrade the contract???? Then when I call in to say this is fraud they just send me to the cancellation department. Then they still deduct money from my account. Corruption in this country is the only service still running 100% and Cellc is part of that.
