I lodged a claim for my cell phone under ALL RISK Cover. Phone went in for assessment, assessment supp**** back to ABSA. The individual dealing with the claim in ABSA was off so nothing happened and I had to follow up. Only to be told, that the claim will only be approved once my debit order goes off. So paying on the 25th (salary date) covers you for that month i.e. 1 to 28 Feb is covered by premium on 25th of Feb. So my repairs or approval for my repairs are and will only be accepted if I pay 25th March premium today or wait till the 25th for it to go off on the debit order. As explained by the ABSA staff (Portia). This leaves a huge negative impact. As my my entire insurance portfolio at ABSA is only covered for the Months only after the Debit order goes off.
I do not know how clients stay with Capitec. First interaction with Capitec. I apply for a loan, it gets approved, wait for deposit 72hours, nothing. call capitec, have to redo the loan process. Get 2 loans paid into my account. Second interaction. Debit order for December goes off. 12 December it goes off again. I think it is now time Capitec needs to start paying mental health damages for this. cause this is *****. as per the contract is for the 25th and you start watching the account from the 23rd. Capitec has till Sunday 14 November 2025 to rectify this issue before i take this further. So how do you mess up a straight forward process?
Did i credit application. Then had to redo it due to Capitec mandate problems. Now Capitec has paid me twice for a single application and ****ed up my credit score. Can we please fix this urgently. As this is now the second bad review i have had to write. Also the whatsapp interactions are so lacking and unhelpful.
Took a loan out. I have all the documents. more than 24 hours. constant calling and escalation and still no funds in my account. I don't know if i should report this as *****.
Wondernet has just become worse and worse since Gigawave supports them. There is no care or consequences to **** service. I have requested an investigation to be done with regards to closing tickets / resolution to them, without even asking the client. Loosing the backing of Seacom to fix and manage the network. just makes it even worse. I always promoted them as the best ISP and now. I cannot do that.
Line was suspended by telkom. Payment was made. reflected on telkoms account. phone in on Saturday 9th Nov 18. the lady that assisted me stated she has escalated it and it should be working in 5 hours. It is now Monday and my account is suspended. Phone in Sunday. o no. it will take 24 hours. Phone on monday it will take 24 hours. Fix your ****e
Request a settlement Quotation. Settlement Quotation is more than the balance and more than what is shown on my online bank. This is why no one is able to get out of debt as you want to settle your account. but FNB wants to add INTREST onto the balance. If i have -R20 balance and i put R20 = R0 FNB Logic -R20 balance and you want to repay. They add intrest and it is now R40. meaning you still owe R20
Never ever order from uber eats. they cannot resolve issues. Driver arrives with 0 food. doesnt know where the restaurant is. wait 40 minutes and still counting for cold food. support cannot get hold of the driver etc. funds went off account very quickly. but they cannot bother to resolve it correctly
Claim for windscreen. Vehicle went in to get repairs done to motor + service. notified PG Glass that this was happening 08/05/2018. Call them today to let them know my vehicle is in my possession. PG Glass Mobile (pretoria) has completed the job on their system. but my vehicle still has the broken window. as a client who is now being wronged due to PG Glass claiming that it is completed. I am notifying my insurance as well to the lies that a job was completed without actually happening. # **********
pathetic call center. AVR system cut's calls. pathetic call center. AVR system input ID. says we will put you through then silence for over an hour. pathetic call center. pay a settlement. no responses from call direct. send proof and no proof.
