On the December 15th on Monday afternoon I went to fill up petrol at Shell Garage Mortimer Toyota in Allen Street. I also asked for oil. When I swiped my card the speed point declined with an "exceeded daily limit error ". I immediately transferred funds from fnb to absa just to use a different card and it declined again with the same error. Delani Kubheka who was assisting me made me feel like I don't have funds in my account. Even said why I'm not asking the person I'm with to pay for me. I then lost it telling him my cards have enough money and he rudely said I must go draw money in the store there's an ATM. I went and got charged a lot as capitec is not my bank. I gave Delani R1400 which was gonna cover petrol and oil. He gave me change and slip and I left. I didn't even bother to check if it was enough or not. When I'm halfway with my trip he called me telling me I didn't pay for oil. I said I gave you money for both oil and petrol, he told me he made a mistake and gave me an extra change. And I must bring it back, that's when I told him I'm not his friend I will bring it when I'm around Newcastle. That's when he called me a ***** and that I shouldn't bother bringing it back.
Went to Shell in Newcastle Kzn (Leon Motors) and have never been humiliated like this by Delani Kubheka. My fnb card declined with daily limit exceeded error. I transferred it into my Absa card same thing happened. He said I must make a plan as if I didn't have enough funds in my card. He told me to go draw funds inside the store, which I did and got charged a lot as it is not my bank's ATM. I paid and left. Halfway my trip he calls telling me "I didn't pay for oil" After giving him R1400. He was super rude.
I went to Shell Auto City in Newcastle KZN at Murchison street on the 14 June 25 at 8:00am. All I need was to pump my tyre. When I got there 3 staff members ( Tomas, Marsha and Sandile) were standing next to shop door. And Tomas started by saying "Just say the compressor is not working"... Sandile came and I asked if he can pump my tyre and he aggressively asked which one. While doing he was still talking to the other 2. And they continued saying we told you to say the compressor is not working. I then starred at the 2 , Sandile said he's done while I'm still concentrating on the other 2. He then said to them "She's not even saying thank you " that's when I asked if are they talking about me and said yes. I said I won't thank you for doing you job and he said to me f&%k that's when I also showed him a middle finger while driving off. I am a manager at a business close to that shell and I will make sure that non of my cars don't fill up there.
I placed an order on the 19th October at 18:15 when I called at 19:30 an agent promised to call me back. It's 20:19pm and still nothing. This is the worst service and will never order from Debonairs ever again.
January I was called Telkom's agent to renew my contract as it was expiring, I informed the agent that I prefer paying online not by debit order because I am no longer using an absa account. However he activated the debit order and I got penalized R212 for the unpaid plus R150 bank charges on the absa account. February I went to the branch to change my account and debit date to the 15th, again the consultant didn't change the debit date left it to the 20th I then did a payment online on the 16th March when I realized that they didn't debit little did I know that they will debit on the 20th still which I reversed. And again got penalized R212 for their mistake. On the 11th I called them and the consultant said she's going to waved the penalty which it didn't happen. They debited R640.56 instead of R459.00. If this is how they treat their customers I might as well cancel my contract and go elsewhere.
I have been assisted by Ms Takalo. I just hope that she gives everyone an exceptional service like she did to me. Treated me like a human being. I didn't feel like I was owing something. Since June dealing with her and has been patient with with me till the end. Truly appreciated her help and may God bless her for me.
I went to Sasol garage Harding street Newcastle to fill petrol. Apparently the lady that assisted me doesn't know how to pump tyres which I understand. The one she asked to assist refused. Khanyo said she won't waste her time with tyres while there are lot of cars waiting. I'm not too sure if at sasol they only fill petrol and don't assist with tyres. Khanyo was sure rude.
Ever since I started using their services, I have never been disappointed. Good communication, and they keep their promises. Excellent service

I call miway to remove one of my cars on the cover due to the fact I'm selling it. I was helped by Shela who gave me a friendly service and explained everything well.
