Tracker Payroll Department is so unprofessional and operating *******ly.I recently left after being employed for almost 5yrs, and for the first time ever I had unpaid leave.I am now advised that unpaid leave is calculated on Cost to Company??How is that possible??That is not true!pay back my money!!
Another year,another account query!!Made payment 3 days account and I'm told by a Kgomotso Vecenam that the payment is not reflecting!!!I have asked over and over,for them to remove my husband on the account as they're sending comms to him and he doesn't have access to that email address...3yrs later we're still on the same issue.what now???
Placed a Q Skip order on 2nd Jan for Blue downs,sms said order will be ready at 1.25pm.I got there at 1.45pm,order wasn't ready they packed it while we waited,their excuse was they don't want to serve cold food.Guess what?The food was ice cold,had to throw it away.Your head office lady Buhle Mazibuko just called me today 6/01/2025 to say "sorry there's nothing we can do,you won't get any other feedback"..Is that how you operate??
I purchased a RH Kettle at Game a year .The kettle stopped working 2 weeks ago ,I took it in to Game 10/04,I got a callback 20/04 to say it is out of warranty.So for 10 days that is all the feedback they can give me?Secondly the person that called me,Caylin Simpson said she doesn't know why I was not told about registering the warrany,she doesn't know who I dealt with and she doesn't have contact with them so she can't help me.I NEED THIS TO BE URGENTLY ATTENDED TO!!!!!!!!!!!
An unknown payment went off on my account on Saturday 24/02/2024 at10.55am.I have sent a message via messenger-nobody has gotten back to me yet
Returned a hired car 18th December I still have not received my deposit.Followed up 29th December and spoke to a Deidre who said it was done,still nothing.Follwed up with her today 3rd Jan she said it was done yesterday, another story???and nobody answers calls!!!I want my money back!!!!

Purchased a laptop in December 2021,opened it 2 days later.It worked for 2 hours then it 'died'.Took it back to the store,after a month they returned it saying it's a new one.That same 'new laptop has just died again.I took it to the N1 city store the manager said there's nothing he can do,I left the laptop and charger on the counter with him.I emailed the complaints department same day 11th November ,NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN GIVEN!!!!
A laptop that was given to me as new end January has now just gone blank again.The store manager at N1 city Cape Town gave me a "there's nothing I can do"...this is something I pay for monthly with my hard earned cash and it's not even a year since I've gotten the laptop, I am very disappointed MTN
