There is a guy called Mzwandile Buso, every time he gives service, its out of this world. He goes an extra mile to help and is always friendly. He is professional and very fast to resolve. GIVE THAT MAN A BELLS!!!
going from pillar to post and its been years joined Virgin Active just before the pandemic and everything was frozen except my fees. everyone keeps saying we will fix this and nothing is being done. now I cannot even return to the Gym because I'm told to pay for Covid when gym was closed. nothing is being fixed and MBD continues to call me and this has ruined my reputation. please fix this. i wanna go back to gym.
ordered 2 items on the 17th, couriers called on the 18th with sms saying courier is here to deliver, within 5 min, my items were taken back to the store. i live more than an hour away from the store. to date my things are not delivered. what was the use of Online if now I must cancel the order and drive to the store?
Shell Garage in Kagiso (Sechaba Service Centre), receipt 75088, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Went there to go buy 3 pies at 02:26 22-03-2022, the guy allowed me to swipe my pies and when i asked about the unmarked pies he gave me attitude telling me that he is as clueless as I am and doesn't make those pies. he was on his phone from the time I entered to the time the security guy came in to maybe help out with the situation. what terrible service we get from this garage after hours. the guy refused to just apologize even at the request of the security. big ups to the security guy who went as far as to calm me down and even warm up my pies. but i am disappointed in the service i was given and nobody cares....
My house was broken into on the 16/02/2019 and I reported to them that I no longer have a TV set, allowed them to debit for Feb on the 20th. They keep changing lawyers to harass me that I must pay even though I called in to cancel subscription. To date I don't have a TV set and what am I paying for? I even sent them my SAPS case number but they continue to harass me. 451567978

no one is able to assist me with my telkom router. its been switched off since December where Telkom is supposed to debit me R99 and they debited R400... i reversed that and called back for them to debit the proper amount. everytime i call in, im told my Nov debit was around the 25 and they didnt get it, HOW? ive been with Telkom for almost 4 years and have never received just bad service, never reversed a debit order and never had to call in for anything... this is a forst and im left with so many ref numbers and told to go to the branch, branch sends me to call in and calling in doesnt help as they either drop the line on me or just give me a ref number which nobody gets back to.... the only person that has tried to help was Xolani Mshumpela, but he also went silent on me... ALSO SPOKE TO STHABILE AND SKHONZELE WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT... now I'm told no debit order is loaded on my side and all my cases are not yet worked on, it takes 7-10 working days... I opened all these cases in Jan and Feb! I will not pay any fees so that they can be credited to me! no team leader has called me to date, no consultant has called me back.... branch sends me back to Billing desk... I NEED HELP!
My car was in an accident on the 16th February 2019. Car was taken immediately to Renewit Randburg and was fixed there, delivered on the 15th march 2019. 5 days was enough for me to notice the car had problems, it would switch off in the middle of nowhere, not start, shake as I’m driving and stuff. I finally got stuck on the 20th going to work and car was once again towed to Renewit Randburg. I keep calling to ask on the progress of my car and Renewit refuse to fix the car and say it’s not their fault, Renault Roodepoort refuse to assist with the issue saying it’s not on their side and I will be charged if I bring the car, they will not even tow it to Roodepoort plus I will be liable for the fees to fix the car. Well, budget insurance on the other hand are not helping at all. I have called on multiple occasions and no one seems to know what is going on and everyone said they will contact me and to date no call has been returned. I’m sent from pillar to post and the last 2 names I recorded was Nkululeko and Renato who also promised to call back and I’m still waiting on them. Today marks 37 days without my car. Is this fair for 3 companies to not be able to know what to do with 1 small car like Renault Kwid? No communication whatsoever! Should I continue to wait? At least advise what I should do...
