No order and no refund!
I'm now giving up on shoe city, they do not want to refund while they have proof that I never received my order, I work very hard for my money for it to be taken just like that, stay away from pepkor group as they do not care about their customers at all, even if they are closing shoe city do I trust them enough to purchase from other shops in their group, definitely no. After so many follow up I'm finally giving up, may God deal with them harshly

Shoe city is a ****
Shops like shoe city are slowly destroying our trust in online shopping, I made a purchase on the 06/11 but until today I haven't received my order or refund as they promised me when they realized that they delivered my order to a wrong address, I'm tired of always following up with them on emails, I'm not winning this one I guess

I bought shoes from shoe city and and have been waiting for over ten days, when enquiring I was told that my shoes were delivered to a wrong address but they won't refund me until they collect the shoes from whoever they delivered to, now I'm the one suffering for their incompetence, they have lost a customer in me but they are a big business so they surely don't care about just one unhappy customer

Terrible service
I have ordered from temu many times and received my orders on time but this time around they used GFS express courier and my parcel is taking forever to arrive, it has been saying out for delivery since last week, what happened to them using fast way and asendia who are always delivering on time, if they continue using this courier they will be destroying their business and when you try to contact this GFS they put you on hold forever, I really don't understand this kind of a service, I'm frustrated, Temu please refund me if this week will end without me receiving my parcel

So I ordered boots at dc one using happy pay as a payment method, just after one day of placing the order I cancelled it because I noticed that financially it is not a good decision and that was like 10 days before I'll be due to pay happy pay so they canceled my order but never refunded happy pay and now I'm paying for something that I did not receive because I'm now incurring interest on happy pay and I don't want to be blacklisted, stay away from dc one they do not care about their customers no wonder some of their stores are closing like the one that used to be at cradlestone

Double charge
What a ******* of a company, they double charged me on my wifi contract and when going to the store I'm told that my Dec debit order was late while it went off on the 31 and that was the agreed date when I signed my contract and now they are telling me that for Dec I was supposed to pay early, what company does that! my payment was not late at all, telkom please cancel my contract

This company is *********** because I have paid my installment for March but they say I haven't paid even after sending them my bank statement they still sendime messages that I must pay, it seems they want me to pay twice in one month, this is not happening for the first time, I regret using them because they are damaging my credit score

False advertising
Tyme bank is a ****, they say they give 10% interest on 6 months fixed deposit while it is in fact 5% that they give in May when I opened my fixed deposit and complained about that, someone from their bank called me to say I will get my 10% at the end of my investment term but we'll it has paid just the 5%, the need to change their false advertising or pay me my 10%, because if interest is indeed 10% then I'm not supposed to be getting 1500 from fixing 30 000, I'm suppose to get 3000 in interest.

Misleading information
Tyme bank fixed deposit shows 10% interest in 6 months but today I fixed my money only to notice that it is only 5% interest which means them saying 10% is actually a lie and Misleading, Tyme bank please get that right and I want my 10% interest as promised.
