This company is full of ****s. I’ve been running in circles for weeks trying to resolve a query and I’ve been sent back and forth, with no resolution. I can’t post what’s really in my heart because my post will be removed
Very poor customer service, very cheeky agents and reception. You will need to drive to their offices to get any help. Your AI machine is useless by the way. I’ve called since 10am - spoke to four humans that transferred me , you’ll wait for 10mins and the line will drop.
December is not the time to be taking so long to answer customer care .
I’m really upset that Bonitas selected Marara Pharmacy as their service provider because they lack severely in providing a service to patients that need medication. This is the third time I’m calling and this time I’ve been put on hold for 17 mins. I’d rather pay Dischem and Clicks at this point - I would rather pay for peace of mind and convenience.
The service I get from PMD when ever I call is always 10/10 and I always get the info I need. I’m never on hold for too long
Straight up 0/5 - what does immediate payment mean ? I have an emergency and I’ve been waiting an hour for this immediate payment to reflect and nothing? Not to mention your endless hold time. Just pathetic service all around. You deserve all these one stars
Your whatsapp portal to apply for credit is not user friendly. I have had to apply twice for one application cause it doesn’t even give you a chance to finish uploading your documents, without it restarting the entire application. Now I’ve been declined because I have a duplicate application on the system and I must 30 days before I can apply again. Your customer service agents are also ill informed because I had to speak to three people to be informed about this application and what happened. You deserve every single one star you get.
Mr Price call centre as a whole has poor customer service. I’ve had to call four times , each time placed on hold for over five minutes at a time. The last agent was particularly dismissive and impatient because all I wanted was the stores direct number. So these are the number of stars you deserve today
Absolute ********** customer service. Incompetence at the highest level. Rude. Dishonest. When asked about timelines about a response - the phone gets thrown in your ear. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with these useless people that work for a terrible company. You deserve all the one star ratings you have received .
Pathetic customer service. I see some people have to wait almost 20 mins and be on hold only for them to drop the line. Your company truly deserves the one star rating
