My Red-E unit unfortunately had a defect. I contacted Omnico and Junaine Adams responded very fast. After the verification was done, he managed to resolve the issue and I had my replacement unit in record time. Junaine was supportive, took ownership and brought new meaning to the word 'customer service'. Well done!
I have sent numerous emails, messages and phone calls for my Private Banker to contact me. I even laid an official complaint following the correct channels, and am still waiting on someone to contact me. Should I rather just switch back to my previous bank?
Once again, Atlas Finance has listed my account as being overdue, when in fact it had been paid every month. I now have 3 loans (all paid up), that shows that I have defaulted and every single time you email to say it has been escalated. DO NOT TAKE OUT LOANS WITH THEM AS THEY WILL NOT GIVE CORRECT DETAILS TO CREDIT BUREAU. I have now lost my GOOD rating because of your incompetence. I HAVE WORKED 3 YEARS TO GET A GOOD RATING!!!
I have contacted Makro, on the 29th of May, to log an under warranty repair for my Smart TV. Eventually, after more than a week, the service provider came to collect my TV. It has now been a month, since I logged the call, and they are STILL WAITING FOR SPARES. Nobody can tell me when I am getting my TV back. Needlesss to say it was not an entry level TV!
2d Request, I have been a dedicated client for a long time, taking out lots of loans and making you lots of money. Never ever was any of my loans in arrears, and the ones that I PAID EARLY shows as overdue on the credit bureau. You promised to fix that, and the other ones that has been paid up, but I am still waiting on the statements and the relevant paid up letters!!!!!
I've been a good customer with them for quite some time now. Unfortunately, this has come to an end. I have NEVER missed any payments, in fact, I have settled loans earlier than what was required. The big problem that I have, is that some of the loans that has been settled early, reflects as outstanding and overdue on the different credit bureaus. I have made them aware of this, to which they replied they will rectify this and it should take a couple of days, This was about 2 months ago. There are at least THREE entries that they have reported wrong, and they do not reply to email. The ONE time they did reply to an email, they sent me a paid up letter for someone else's account and someone else's details on!
Thanks for the assistance the other day (Bloubergstrand Branch). Our vehicle had blown a fuse and our phones were dead, had no lights and no brake lights. Couldn't charge our phones, etc. They assisted with searching for a Midas and even printed a detailed map. Thanks for the help ;)
Had a few teething problems here and there, but honestly, very convenient and trustworthy. Very convenient service, especially if one is running around and not getting to all the errands. One piece of constructive criticism though, if you select the option of "being notified" when something is out of stock, perhaps have a timer run as one doesn't always notice the message immediately and by the time one respond, the option has expired. Great experience so far.
STAY AWAY!!!! I removed my previous complaint, as the owner of the Company promised me and gave me his word that the damages will be sorted out. Needless to say, after me constantly trying to follow up, I only received empty promises. If you ever want to use this Company, carefully reconsider. The teams arrive late, no communication, inexperienced employees, when you phone to follow up they put you on hold, running out of packaging material, just throwing items into boxes and not properly packing, etc. I PAID for a dedicated truck, as the move was from Gauteng to Western Cape, and required the assurance of a confirmed date and time slot. Needles to say, the delivery was late by almost 10 hours, I had to try and get information, being promised the "guys are on route and will be there shortly". When I logged the first complaint, I got threatened and were being called a racist, yet I was the one offering to purchase food, never yelled at a single person (have enough cctv and voice recordings to prove same). I have countless follow up messages with the owner, only with empty promises. They offered to pay R800 for the one antique lamp (which is over R3000), yet I requested an assessor to come to our premises. There are a lot more damaged items (pictures will be loaded on a Google review). They promised to have "some" guy come to collect the furniture to repair it, yet when I asked form which Company, they keep quiet. This has been ongoing for more than 2 months now, with only empty promises from the owner. I have escalated this matter for legal proceedings, and hope this review will make you reconsider if you want to use their services. STAY AWAY!
This is the 2nd complaint that I am logging, as it seems I will only get response once I log a complaint. I gave notice in June and moved out in Jul, and am still waiting on my deposit. Nobody getting back to me and I am being sent from pillar to post. What is happening????
