So I had an emergency on a Sunday where I got bitten by a dog, i checked my app and it said that we are covered for crest care hospital, called the contact information center and asked if we are covered because I want to make sure, asked what’s needed from my side to go there or can I just go there, I was told yes if it shows on the app I can just go there and I will be covered for my visit, few days later I get a bill that Kaelo don’t want to cover me, I said go check your records I called in asking for information from your call center and you agent on that Sunday advised me just walk in because they are a service provider so I said okay thanks and I went. The number I used to call is my number listed on your system as a client. I am not happy with this outcome due to the fact that I was advised by your mis informed agent they had to direct me in the right way you should cover my bill end of story it was an emergency where I had to get stitch and I already had to pay almost R600 for medication and stuff that you also didn’t want to pay the least you can do is pay my hospital bill.
I just bought some biltong and it's mouldy, the best before date says 10/04/2024. I have some pictures, very disgusting to be honest, wonder how I am suppose to eat this.
They advertised a place that hasnt been operating since January 2024, tried calling the mobile number listed on the add which only rang, I used my GPS to get to the place and when I got to the place the dude at the door informed me that they only host for students since January this year. I had to leave and was very angry, I now had to go book in somewhere else which costed me more. I made contact with the agoda team the next day and since I havent received my refund, they want this and then that, they first asked me to show proof of payment which i sent and the receipt i got from their website which stated that I made payment, payment shows success from my bank as well. They now want a receipt from the business, where on earth would I be getting this if the business doesnt evens operate, they also cant get hold of the business, not sure why they advtertise places like this on their site in the first place this is unetichal and unprofessional mahn, wanna ***** peoples hard earned money, just refund me. my booking id is booking 471489971
Ive asked for a copy of my life policy document which i still havent recieved, quick to get the sale but when we ask for our stuff we get ignored. Just send me a copy of my canceled life cover as i have requested please, ive paid you guys for years and you made revenue of me so please just send me the copy as i need it urgently, thanks also if you do still care about customer services in this country cause everything is going to ****.
Awaiting settlement letter and owner of vehicle docs, not sure how long this takes but according to me 48 hours its been more than a week now and i stated in my email why the docs is needed, seems like there is no urgency anymore. So ive simply had it with your supplier ive been chilled and everything but this guy called Jannie is taking me being nice for a P let me not swear, we engaged everything about the mattress but now he all silent, i messaged him he online on whatsapp but just ignore me the entire week i rather post here so you can deal with this clown because he supp**** you with the mattress and you sold it to me so you gonna sort out this clown you get your stuff from. He self said im very chilled but people push people sometimes and it aint cool what he ***ken doing now. Dont say **** and than you dont keep to it, i have the whatsapp messages either gimme my money back and take your cheap **** you sold me mahn, under warranty still i expected a quality mattress, can evens turn the thing around cause its only for one side use.
I paid 32k cash for a course and these people just slip away with my money like no assistance whatsoever, told them i got robbed and my portfolio was in my back pack i evens went to their offices and one of their employees assisted and sent an email its like no one attends to their emails or phone calls damn shut down this place and give us back our money they dont care about a single individual.
I made a payment to settle my account, they gave me an account number to pay the settlement amount in and i have still not had any confirmation with regards to this they just spinning stories telling me about higher ups and stuff, how can something like this take so long, i have been calling for months and same old story gets told, please can we have this look into and resolved before i take further steps with you guys.
