Called to cancel my contract in April. Agent confimred it was cancelled. Lo and behold next month I was billed again. Called to confirm again that it was cancelled amd that my monies would be refunded. 2months later account still being billed. This is theft.
On more than one occasion they have 'miscalculated' settlement amounts, quoting more than what is owed. They try their luck in scamming clients into paying more and are plain hopeless at providing professional financial services. They structure their deals as a 'Rental Agreement however this is not the case. It is a loan for which they are only the middle man Double debitting - attempt to claim more from the client than what is owed. They have no checks and balances in place to ascertain accounts are correctly processed. This is a company that puts profits before clients. It would be easier to deal directly with the banks they approach - GBS mutual and Mercantile. Please stay away!
I have had a business telkom account since 2011. There was a debit order on my account from my side, for convenience of payment however I stopped this because there were always problems from Telkom’s side. I however always kept payments up to date. I now find out that Telkom has erroneously reported me for 3 months non payment in 2020. Telkom is plagued with issues, incompetent staff and poor network. I am counting down the days so that I can Port my number and not have to deal with its incompetence any more.
I have had my MTN number since 2001 and used the mymtnmail in this period. Since end of 2020 I am unable to access my mail and there are no options to reset the password. The problem arose with Zimbra. It is disappointing that something which is so crucial in communications -email, cannot be handled successfully by MTN.
Purchased an online voucher to repair my iPhone screen. Calls are never answered, emails ignored, in store staff are rude, they never have stock and refuse to refund my purchase. Seems the online voucher is a scam. Stay far away from this unethical company.
Absolutely disgusting customer care to match poor quality products. Paint started chalking and was advised that it was a bad batch but Duram refused to refund or replace.
Took car for a service 23/09 - once service was completed, I confirmed a pick up time with Linda in servicing. Waited from 14:00 to 17:00 with no driver coming to collect me. Called Linda around 16:30 to enquire why I hadn’t been picked up, her response was rude and unprofessional. Told me I would have to wait to get the car the following day as there was no one to collect me. When I called again around 17:00 She had already left work for the day, leaving me stranded.
Abusive and deceitful. Questioned company regarding their Kopi Luwak certification. Instead received a threatening email. Have emails as proof.
<p>I had a two year contract with Vodacom with anniversary being o 30 June 2016. I had called in prior to this date to cancel the contract and again after to confirm it was done. Vodacom continued billing me for July and August. On attempting to correct this, I have called and emailed numerous times (with reference no's to show). Vodacom does not dispute that I am owed a refund but without fail, Vodacom fails to refund the amounts for over 4 months now.</p>
