email from Hello Peter re my review on JoJ0 tanks: "We’ve noticed they haven’t responded." This is typical of the service from JoJo Tanks, they do not reply at all on emails regarding their absolute poor service. I am not interested to do any more purchases from them, anyway
I just do not learn the lesson. If a company cannot, no, will not, deliver product assistance on a sale, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! I had to buy a new subscription at R499-00 to have app access, and been trying since 12 December to do so. No reaction on emails, impossible to log into site, and if I do manage to login into my basket, a no-go.

This is now the 21st of July with no update on the tracking (but the 15th), no progress. and no communication/feedback on 2 emails, horrible I was always promoting TakeAlot for their no-nonsense returns/replacement, but this experience is the first with , absolute disgrace what service levels have degraded to. I will not buy appliances from TakeAlot anymore. Buy local, pay a bit more, but alt least no hassles in replacement, and communication will be easier.
Unfortunately not a nice experience in dealing with Wesley from Bundu Power. Super efficient in sending a quote, and now waiting more than 1 day just for an invoice. Do not even bother to answer my consecutive emails requesting an invoice. Just not into communicating at all after the sale is made. I rather wan to cancel the purchase, as I can only imagine what will happen if I would have any problems with the generator.
The worst ever service from Nedbank Estate department. Even managers ignore emails and refuse to correspond on any level. Worst: the contact details on the ban Ombudsman or Nedbank is incorrect, both telephone number and email address. Any suggestions on how to contact the Nedbank compliance department, or legal department???
Just had the most pleasant experience with Lia, the most efficient friendly assistant in the call center. My call was answered within a few seconds, and my problem solved within 2 minutes. GREAT!!!!
Would rated them a full zero, if possible. It is just impossible to beleive that Multichoice is part of NASPERS, TOTAL INCOMPETENT, and no clue about service delivery, also misleading marketing. Premium package for streaming advertised for R699-99. Then they send you a quote for more than R800-00. They must be hold responsible for misleading, or maybe again, read the small print. Worst of the worst
No surprise, Nedbank did not even respond/react to my previous post. Just another confirmation of the worst service ever you will experience from Nedbank.
1 Star is even too much for Nedgroup Trust. I am an Financial Advisor that co-opted Nedgroup Trust to assist me as executor on 2 estates, much to my disappointment, as the communication level is absolutely a disgrace, and that is also flattering as well. In some instances I had to wait 6 months for a reply on 1 email, although I followed up many times, during this period. One thing is sure, I will not advise, in fact I will discourage any client, to place their will estate with the Nedgroup Trust department of Nedbank. Oh, and beware, there is no chain of management you can escalate your complaint to, it will just be reverted back to same person , you complained about.
Exceptional service from Evon at VCCB regarding a query. Promised to call back in 10 minutes, she called back in 6 minutes, problem solved. Most professional efficient service. Thank you
