Its been over 24hours with no connection. I have been treated like filfth by a technician at cresta mall and by the twitter team. I have lost over 12 billable hours. I will come back to upload and date all that transpired. For now, DO NOT USE TELKOM.
Worst service to date. Ordered on Sunday and by Tuesday I could see the status hasnt changed from payment review. I called them and they said they cant see my order even though I got the confirmation email and the money went off my account. After multiple calls (me calling by the way) they said it was a technical error. I had told them on Tuesday that the order is urgent so it has to arrive either before the due date or on the due date which is the 28th. On the 27th it was ready to ship but wasnt shipped. On the 28th still nothing and then I see they changed the delivery date wothout making contact with me who said its urgent. I eventually call in the afternoon and they tell me it will only be delivered on the 1st or 2nd because it hasnt left the warehouse. After alot of back and forth I asked for the order to be cancelled and they said they'll process and Illget a confirmation email, only for me to get an email to say its now shipped. Shipped to who for what when I said cancel? I explicitly told them its either it arrives today or it get cancelled. Now I'm being told cancellation takes 24 to 48 hours. Also the last lady I spoke to hung up on ne while I was still trying to get clarity on this new information. Now I cant call back because they're closed. So meaning Monday I have to call back and start all over. This is disgusting! This package was a gift that was supposed to leave today and now I have ***ol. Cant even take it from the mall near me because I'll need to pay for it on the side and then still wait for my refund!
They (Outsurance and and Shoprite) used my number for "someone" they signed up for insurance. I called multiple times last week (recorded the calls) to get my number removed and they lie each time and say its removed. I still have not received the confirmation that it has been removed. My number is still there and requests to speak to the manager are ignore and the manager never calls me back. the number I called is 0861222225 policy number is OT82734523 When will you remove it and when will I get the confirmation message that you have?
I have been trying to get my account closed for the past 2 years. I paid off and requested closure in May 2020 and to this day I am still calling in to get it closed. when Transunion and cleascore query my account, it still shows as active. January I emailed edg****nquiries@rcsgroup.co.za (as per their instruction) and I still have not received a response. 19 April 2022 I called again and was told that it will be processed and I'll get a closure letter in 48 hours and still nothing. now I am on the call and I'm being told to email edgarsclosure@rcsgroup.co.za. I have emailed again and now I have been on hold for a call center manager for the past 15 minutes. How difficult is it to close an account that has been paid off in May 2020?
They no longer take my calls because they keep giving me excuses about my deposit. I gave in the key on the 26th, was told I would get my deposit by the 7nth and I'm still waiting. My calls go unanswered and I'm close to escalating the matter. theyre the ones that said I must move out month end but now I must be given a run around. if they were waiting for readings then why not have the money in hand and then just deduct when reading come (which they have by the way) and paying immediately? now I must beg for my own money?
Refusing to pay out for a claim. Been waiting for almoat a month and every week they tell me the money will be im but they never sent it.
Asked to do an overnight delivery for me and my parcel didnt get delivered. They couldnt even track where it is! So got the parcel back on Tuesday and since then I have been waiting for the manager who apparently is the ONLY person who can authorise my refund to authorise it. Its now the end of Thursday and I'm still running after the manager to give me my refund. I keep getting told "she will come in tomorrow" and when the tomorrow comes I get told tomorrow again. I don't know when the tomorrow will come or if it will ever come!
<p>So i used them last month to move my things. They didnt deliver all of them. Now they are giving me a run around with paying back and all that. </p> <p>to think i was recommending them to people. they took my things for themselves and now are acting as if they delivered</p>
