Leticia is meticulous and did everything I asked for. I am very happy with the service I received from Alberton Multifranchise. Very pleasant experience. Sean, the workshop manager is just as amazing and very accommodating. I had to collect my vehicle a few minutes after 5 on a Friday and he waited for me. Well done! Really impressed
This review is for McDonald's Stoneridge, Greenstone. We ordered a nazo meal which comes standard with a coke zero. They then proceed to tell us the coke zero is out of stock. We then said okay we'll take a coke. Then we were told we must pay an extra R3.50 for the coke. We queried it and wanted an explanation as to why we must pay extra if they don't have stock of what we wanted originally. She then proceeds to call the manager, of which took too long to come speak to us. My argument is they try and get people to pay for their mistakes or shortages, why not offer an alternative straight away without extra charges!. Prevention is better than damage control! This is not the first time we've had issues with this branch. This is pathetic service!
A perfect reflection of spectacular scenery! I'd like to thank Ben and his team, for arranging such a beautiful night,my dream became reality. From the moment we walked in the entire team was amazing, everyone was in on the secret. From starters to dessert, just to find the most beautiful ring perfectly perfectly placed into a strawberry. The happiness the team portrayed for our engagement was just breathtaking. I'm still crying happy tears. The video to capture our special moment was something I'll never forget. Thank you team La Boqueria for the set up, you have a special place in my heart, and to share the experience with you was something I'll always cherish. Thank you for being so trustworthy, leaving the entire night and planning in your hands just proved how in sync you are with customers and service levels. Thank you for the cheers, the happiness and tears you shared with us.
Useless... I downloaded the Mcdelivery app, placed my order and paid. My order was scheduled to be delivered at 7:20pm. It is now 8:14pm and I still haven't received a damn thing! I received an email stating that my order will arrive at 7:21pm. I started messaging the driver asking whats going on. I then get a call from McDonald's call centre telling me the drivers says there's no code, I then state there shouldn't be a code he needs to tell security. Then I get a call again at 19:52pm asking me for my address!!! It's on the app!!! I reluctantly give my address and then get called again at 8:08pm asking if my food is delivered.... Now I'm not someone to take my frustration out on the driver so at 8:15pm I get my food, I ask what's going on. The driver explains that something is wrong with the app. I get called again to confirm my delivery.My food is cold, I am no longer hungry and I'm beyond livid. The agent explains that the driver should get a code via the app in order to collect my food. So the app failed! Mcdonalds you are pathetic.. there's no communication portal like an actual number to call the driver AND the branch Stoneridge just doesn't feel it necessary to ander their phone, called 3 times!!!! The agent listened to my outburst, and sounded very shocked that I waited an hour and a half for my food.
I paid my account via the app, 3 days later I get a message stating "error". I reported it on the playstore rating, just to get a response saying I must email them. I do this, add a screenshot as asked on their response on the playstore app rating, just to get a response asking for a screenshot. This means they are not reading my email!!!! Also ask me all sorts of details like phone make, service provider etc....as if thats the problem!!! I then go online to also get a message "We are currently offline-please try again". How long can you be "offline"??????? I've been trying for 7 days to just pay my account😡😠😡😠😡😠 And then Makro is very quick to report you to the credit bureau if you don't pay on time but their payment "portals" are not working!
Good day I'd like to compliment Dawie Pieterse. I am going to post my satisfaction on every platform I can find!! If possible I'd like to get a contact for the director/s because my expectations were blown away. In December 2021 Dawie assisted me with an insurance quote for two vehicles and household content and my laptop. Initially I had insurance with Virseker for my household content and laptop. The quotes I received from them to add the two vehicles were exorbitant. The total would've been around R 2200. Dawie gave me a quote which was not only saving me R500+, the value of the insurance was more than what Virseker offered. Additional value at a much cheaper rate..like WHAAAAT!!!??? I made contact with Dawie to add a cellphone. Vodacom quoted me R149pm.. Normally cellphone insurance are quite expensive but once again Dawie beat Vodacom's quote by quoting me R67!!! Yes to some extent the pricing factor plays a role but the level of professionalism Dawie displayed is quite refreshing. The overall level of service in South Africa has proven to be pathetic but Dawie made me believe that there still are some that has a passion for rendering a service to others. It is clear that this is not just a job to Dawie, he actually wants to make a difference in other people's lives. Coming from a service environment myself I am not easily impressed but... Well done Dawie.. Jy's 'n yster!
I ordered a pair of Under Armour size 11's tekkies on the 22nd of December. A size 6 was delivered on the 24th. This was a Christmas gift for my partner. They collected the parcel and credited my account after I explicitly stated that I want my money back, not a takealot credit. Needless to say I rocked up empty handed on Christmas day. That's not all... I ordered a size 7.5 UK Under Armour tekkie on the 31st of December, guess what!?? A size UK 5 arrives. Can they JUST NOT get an order right??? I now again requested to pay my money back because I am sure the amount I paid and what the shoe cost now isn't the same AND their excuse will be no stock. This is ridiculous!
Think you can get a hold of anyone at Fnb.?!!think again! My online profile is blocked. Tried calling 4 times until my airtime ran out!! How pathetic, can't even assist valuable clients with a toll free number. I can't load airtime because I can't LOG IN!!! Tried the forgot password route and entered my card number and password then suddenly "the system is currently unavailable"!!! All you get when calling is an automated voice message, I want to speak to a real person!!! Then try going on the website to lov a complaint - - - there no "submit" button!! First time I'm having such issues with FNB. No calls received from them, no warning, now I'm stranded
I am utterly and completely disappointed and disgusted in Capitec credit department. I made a lumpsum payment on my loan, then received an sms - - - Capitec: As per your credit agreement with us, your next Capitec credit instalment will be deducted from your main Capitec savings account. Info 0860102043 - - - - - 1. Never did I change my details 2. I call and Norma Mqayi tells me it's an automated system change (so where did I agree to this as per the sms states!!) 3. She sarcastically asks me if I know my details where the money should be deducted from off by heart 4. She then checks the history and changes it back 5. Then she tries to read the agreement insinuating that I made the changes. 6. I refuse so agree because I never changed anything 7. As per Norma she can't change it because I didn't agree BUT capitec is quick to make changes without my authority Oh that's not all. I get smses stating my payment holiday is about to expire - I NEVER TOOK ONE!!!!! I will never deal with Capitec again!! I will pay off my loan and if you are the last bank available I will still not deal with you...
Without any notification my vodacom device insurance increased conveniently after my 2 year contract expired. I contacted Vodacom and received a reply from Pinky Mdekaze stating that I received a notification via sms in May/June. Her "don't care" attitude is quite pathetic. I requested proof of this sms which I received reply with my contract and a section highlighted whereby it states that my insurance premium can increase with a notice from Vodacom. I responded by stating that the number on the contract is completely wrong and still Pinky tells me to read through thw t's and c's, ignoring my email where I notify her of the incorrect number. She takes days to respond and her attitude is disgusting!!! How would I receive a notification if the number is incorrect?!!!
