Uber parcel delivery is a ****, the drivers cancel the trip after the grace period, making R20 per trip without even attempting to go and collect. not even a courtesy call to the client.
The services of Takealot (backend ) is absolutely pathetic! Just to retrieve the correct invoice after they loaded incorrect invoice was loaded on the portal, takes more than three(3) weeks. Called more than five(5) times in this period of time and still the query has still not been resolved. Customer service drops the call when they do not understand the query. I'd think twice before dealing with Takealot in from a business point of view.
Been sitting in the branch this morning and people where cutting the line, when it was my turn to see a consultant, the lady just took the person who cut, after raising the issue i was told by the consultant its not her problem. Disgusted with internal service and all around service of Standard bank. To think tat I've been with this bank for 12+ years and being treated like this. Would NOT recommend anyone to use their service, and willing to contact all that I am in contact with to refrain using the services of this pathetic excuse of a bank.
Havent experienced this kind of service in a long time, it's absolutely appalling. Requested for my number to be ported cause ive signed up a new contract, this all on the 25th at MTN nelspruit, absa Square. Mtn can't even do the simple task of porting a number. Its 27th today, and still nothing has been done to resolve the issue. They even gave me the incorrect model phone that was requested for the contract. Disgusted with MTN, and its just another reminder of why i canceled my previous contract with them 5 years ago. In these times you would think people would do their utmost best, to try and secure their positions. But not here, here its "how can we ***** up a customer request in the least time given". MTN can be compared with the current government, absolutely nothing gets done, only excuses and passing the buck.
Connectivity is pathetic, Installed fibre link two months ago in Nelspruit, already had to log four calls in one months time, and counting... as you simply do not get nearly the speed you are paying for. Even our dsl line was faster than this.. 0.37download. It's a disgrace! Never had this issue in Jhb with different ISPs.
Service is absolutely pathetic. Applied via phone call, then waited nearly a month for the card to be delivered after providing my contact details twice. After that contacted again and being sent from pillar to post, and each agent has a different story how to register. Finally went to the branch, sat their for 2hours, person assisting said the card is active, its still not. Can't login to the app etc. The banks service is worse than SA's government. Absolutely disgusted with this excuse for service.
Been waiting for my firearm licence for more than a year now, when you try calling there is no answer. if you go there they are either on lunch/left for the day. Its disgusting to see that our safety is in the hands of people who simply just don't care. Can't complain about service, as there is none.
We migrated from one ISP to Afrihost in March 2018, since then we did not have any connection at all; its July 2018 ALREADY!!!.. i have been communication in all different channels possible, countless hours on the phone with no luck. At one point the call centre even stated there is no infrustructure rolled out in my area; now you tell me how that could be if i had connection with the other ISP via vuma that directly installed the line in January 2018. This is absolutely disgusting service!!!
<p>Standard Bank has been calling me at least 2 times a week for an installment amount that gone off when i got paid, proof even showing on the bank statement. Every time they call they say its outstanding, then i explain again they did call me. after that the consultants say they are experiencing some technical issues and wil revert to their admin department. Today they let attorneys call me saying i am in arrears. How can you justify that if i even got the proof on my bank statement??.. Time to get my lawyer on board for the harrasing calls..</p>
<p>ive ordered a few things from Takealot, date stated on confirmation of delivery was the 06/12/2016, no delivery received. contacted them again requesting feedback, got a call from them stating it will be at our premises today 07/12/2016. not short after the call i get a SMS stating delivery is only 08/12/2016. followed up again and the same date was confirmed for 08/12/2016. </p> <p>This is unexeptable!! even when following up they make promises that cant be kept. </p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely disgusted!!</p>
