They blocked my account for making payments. There was no guidance on how to get it unblocked. I got transferred from person to person when I called in. Several agents just dropped the call when they realised they couldn’t assist or the issue was more complex than they thought.
The website says delivery within 3-5 working days. I ordered something 7 working days ago, it still hasn’t been delivered despite having phoned Dis-Chem and they promised it would be delivered yesterday
A standard bank customer has given Standard bank my cell number instead of their own number, now I get all their transaction messages. I phoned Standard Bank to correct this, the customer service agent said they cannot assist but would escalate it and someone would get back to me. That was about a month ago, still no one has got back to me.
Terrible customer support. I agave been waiting on feedback for over a week. Mr price home does not respond to emails. Their phones put you on hold for over 30 mins.

I got a gift voucher as a gift. I tried to use it to buy some cushions, the gift voucher was R300 the total came to R375 and The system refused to let me make the remainder of the payment, I chatted to 2 agents online and one in store and no one could help me make the rest of the payment online. So my order got canceled now I want to use the voucher and it says invalid. My price online shop is one of the worst checkouts I have encountered.
Someone has given the bank my cell phone number so now I get messages everytime this person buys anything with his card. I would have thought the bank would send an OTP to the number for him to confirm that the number he gave was actually his. When I phoned standard bank to get them to remove my number the one department says they are unable to help and the other department put me on hold for over 10 minutes.
