They blocked my account for making payments. There was no guidance on how to get it unblocked. I got transferred from person to person when I called in. Several agents just dropped the call when they realised they couldn’t assist or the issue was more complex than they thought.
The website says delivery within 3-5 working days. I ordered something 7 working days ago, it still hasn’t been delivered despite having phoned Dis-Chem and they promised it would be delivered yesterday
A standard bank customer has given Standard bank my cell number instead of their own number, now I get all their transaction messages. I phoned Standard Bank to correct this, the customer service agent said they cannot assist but would escalate it and someone would get back to me. That was about a month ago, still no one has got back to me.
I phoned for assistance, I waited less than a minute to be helped and the agent was friendly
Discovery don’t cover claims even when their website says they are covered. When I phone to query them the line goes dead on the other side and they never phone your back. I feel like they just take your money and break their promises about what they cover.
Terrible service, dealt with 5 people and many contradicted what the other one said. I was charged for internet when it didn’t even work. I was told I would have internet in 24 hours, that didn’t happen. I was told the agents would look into it and phone me back and they never did.
I am so impressed that Discovery Insure is refunding part of the monthly premiums because I barely drove my car in May.
