Nkosinathi very rude agent of the year
Was supposed to receive my other within 3 working days but today it is the 4 working day with no feedback. I **** to myself on Tuesday and thought I didn't receive my order because it's raining. I postponed my plans to receive my order but there was no communication and no movement of the parcel. What really ****es me off is that no communication I am the 1 who has to always call and follow up. On Wednesday I was told I would receive my parcel on Thursday, Thursday today I have to go to Durban but still, nothing received instead I am being told about a protest. Can I please have the area information because where I stay and the main road used there is no protest as I manage to get to work? I would never recommend it to anyone angry as I am I spoke with Noluthando who said would call back but didn't and it is fine. I called again and spoke with Nkosinathi who said there was a protest I was angry and shouting I asked him to follow up for me before I requested the item to be sent back he just hung up and requested the parcel to be sent back. ARRIVED BY ROAD FROM Isando, Johannesburg TO Industria. my parcel has been on this status since from the 7th, I explained that I must be in Durban for work tomorrow and request valid feedback at 3pm. Thank you for Nkosinathi for causing more delays on my parcel. I find it very strange that you are so quickly to return the parcel than assisting. No sympathy he just hung up because he doesn't have time for nonsense.

CONTINUOUS TELEPHONE HARASSMENT
Early this year I called and asked that my account to be closed because I'm no longer working and I was very very very sick and explained the situation to the guy I spoke with. He was understanding and he promised me that the account will be closed and I must just pay the - R2000 I was owing, we agreed that I would pay R250 every month until the account is settled. Cool things didn't go according to the plan because I was hospitalized.. Now I just received a call from a very very rude lady from TJ Maodi tell me to hustle the R7000 I owe standard bank and if I don't pay month end I will be blacklisted for owing. I didn't take any loan with Standbank when I apply for a job I'm always declined where will I get the money and I will pay only for the R2000 I had an arrangement for the remaining money you have to hire me so that I can pay you. I won't make an arrangement then after I get a call telling me that my account is still open. I won't pay for the money I don't know. I know lot of Standbank employees that don't bank with Standbank because of fraud and false accusations. I know R2000 only and will only pay that the rest you will sort it out. I also didn't ask for the cheque account.

Great service
I would like to thank Nokuthula Duda for the best I mean great customer service. I would really recommend her she's the best, she assisted my mom without any attitude. She was so patient and understanding. Shine Nokuthula shine. Lulu must ask Nokuthula for some advice Lulu is so so so rude even dropped call on us.

Very useless bank
Standard bank is full of surprises. Last year I applied for an overdraft in my account and I was told that I don't qualify because of my credit score etc month end of September I was charged for an overdraft I don't qualify for. My sister deposited money in my account and I was charged R40 because she deposited inside the bank at Dobsonville Mall nobody told her that I will be charged because if she knew she was gonna send money via shoprite or pep. What's so special about Standard bank to charge R40 where else Capitec is free? I was told that my R100 monthly fee will cover every bank charge fee but I guess it was all a lie. I call the customer care for assistance and was told Kelebogile Modise will call me at 1pm now its 3pm still no call. Is that customer service? Team leader promising empty call backs? This is my last month using Standard Bank. The staff is so so rude every where in the bank and call centre. I regret myself.

Cancel the insurance
How can I cancel this cellphone insurance because I'm not receiving any help instead im being ignored. Lynne Lawrence sent me an email on the 4 July 2018 i replied I even sent a follow up email but no response from him. I guess im just an irritating customer filling up his inbox. Can i be assigned some who will assist me not be forced to assist me. I want the cancelation documents and my money be refunded because I didn't receive any written agreement. I don't know what I'm paying for. I don't know the Terms and Conditions of the insurance. Lynne Lawrence i didn't ask for his wages I just wanted the contract of the insurance. He just ask for the policy number. Where will I getvit if hes not willing to assist me. I did state I don't have anything I mean I DON'T HAVE POLICY NUMBER I DON'T KNOW MY COOLING OF PERIOD.

No communication
I joined the insurance in April till now I haven't received any confirmation contract papers through post or email. The vat increased but nobody bored to update me when its going to be effective. I'm just being debited debited no communication nothing just money being taken out of my account. The agent told me she will send me an email to read the Ts & Cs but we on July nothing has came through.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT LETTER
I called last week wednesday and requested a payment arrangement letter. I was told that I will receive it before the week ends last week but funny now we are in a new week but I havent received the letter. I did advised the agent that I got a new job and my HR wants the letter emergency. I cant start at work now because I dont have the letter and you only good on calling and ****ing the **** out of me than sending me the letter. I WANT THE LETTER................

Payment arrangement letter
I called on Wednesday requesting a paid up letter because I got a new job so that I will be able to settle the account. I was told I will receive it between Thursday and Friday until now I haven't received it and I dis explain that I got a new job. Can I please have the letter before the end of the day.

Fraud debit
Why am I always being debited for a medical aid i didn't sign up for? I reversed the money back then but now im tired of calling standard bank and complaining because of scam. How can i sign up for a medical aid overseas? Am i that stupid?
