In the beginning of October 2024 I contacted Vodacom after my brother passed away in order to transfer his Fibre line over to my mother's name, as he was living with her at the tiime. Initially I was told over the phone that I would have to go in to a Vodacom shop. On doing so I spent about an hour with someone on the phone in the shop who told me that she had emailed the transferred papers to my email address. About a week later the papers finally arrived on my deceased brother's email address (to which I luckily had access). I completed the forms and sent them in to Vodacom with copies of my mother's ID, my brother's death certificate and ID and my mother's proof of income and bank account details. A few days later my mother received an SMS saying that since we had not rep**** to the request that the request will be closed and that we would have to reapply. I again emailed and tried to phone Vodacom, but has since had no response.
I have requested multiple times for an update on my Cartrack Statements with no reply. The last time I received a statement was in December 2023. I have also enquired about the deduction date of my subscription, which is supposed to be the 27th of every month, but keeps being deducted somewhere between the 1st and the 5th (different every month). I am seriously starting to doubt that I should trust you people with the safety of my car if you cannot even sort your own admin out. When is my next payment being deducted? When will I be receiving statements again?
I tried to apply for a credit card with African Bank and had to redo the application three times. Every time a different excuse was offered for the rejection of the application, from not receiving my bank statements (when it was never requested from ABSA) to not meeting the work requirement time (even though I had been working at the same full-time job since 01 January 2020. The latest excuse has to do with my sequestration, which ended in March 2020 and the Admin order rehab certificate Section 74 U was provided 5 times over because African Bank kept misplacing it and my payslips. The newest excuse also says that African Bank has not been able to contact me. I can proof that no attempt has been made by African Bank to contact me either by phone or email. Also, no attempt has been made to contact my work. My problem is not with the rejection of the credit card loan, but with the way African Bank deals with loan rejections, not having clear reasons for the rejection of the loan and rather turning to every excuse possible to not give a loan. African Bank clearly does not want the business. I would appreciate it if you don't waste almost a month of my time with excuses and rather just provide clear reasons.
My insurance arranged a car rental through First Car Rental for which I had to put down a refundable R1500-00 deposit if I returned the car clean and filled. When I received my own car back from the panel beaters I phoned First Car Rental to arrange for returning of the rental car. I was told that I could leave the car by the panel beaters where they would pick it up. On my way to the panel beaters I filled the car (and provided them with proof). Two days later I got a bill saying that R103-00 has been deducted from the deposit (which I still have not received back) because I am liable for the full amount until the car has been returned to the lot. How far away is this lot that you had to add an additional R103-00 to a full tank and why was this never disclosed to me or included in my rental contract. First Car Rental are a bunch of thieves!!!
I have been trying to get in contact with Rain for hours now, but as usual there is no customer service. Why is my device showing as offline and "Registration failed"? I have had no Internet all day.

I am now out tens of thousands of Rands and being ignored by the lawyers who were supposed to be in charge of my insolvent estate. It's been a year since my last payments have been made and I've received my court order papers, yet my name is still not clear and no one is giving me an answer as to why not.

RAM cannot find a simple address. Do your couriers not use GPS? Why is it so difficult to take down the right address for a delivery and why do I now have to wait an additional 4 days for my delivery because you are not able to take down an address correctly? You are unprofessional and slow.
Horrible and slow service at RocoMomas Bel Air, plus their milkshakes taste like melted ice-cream mixed with powder milk.
