I must admit, I started seeing post of ****s from this place where people didn't get their orders. I have ordered, my delivery date was the 9th, and I tried phoning and emailed... no response (phone was not ringing) I received an email from them about their website that was off and my order will be sent when website is back on. And yesterday I got a tracking number, and my book was delivered today. Thank you. Please just look at communication with clients. That is the most important key to any business.

The bad news: Unfortunately an item in your order is currently out of stock. Affected Items: Flower Magnetic Tie Back 6203011624001 Size: Each Qty:1 Up until now, not credited to my account! On the same order, I ordered from Mr Price Home Online on the 30.12.2020 (7 x 2 m Mahogany Rods), and paid R350 delivery fee, they deliver 1 x 2 m Mahogany Rod and 6 x 1.5 m White Rods. After dealing with so many people, Sindiswe got them to collect the wrong ones. Replacement order created with reference: '"107650149406-1"' Now This is 20.01.2021 and I am still waiting for the correct ones, No credit is been done on my account yet either on the tie back or rods. No one is getting back to me on answers what is going on? This is really unacceptable service towards customers. You can phone and email services@mrpg.com / SSibisi@mrpg.com / help@mrphome.com NOTHING!
Your tracking is useless. I am waiting for 2 weeks for delivery. First you get the address wrong and now a week I have to wait still. You tried to deliver on a Friday at 8:45pm at a business that is closed. Now its Monday and still not out for delivery????? Why do I have to strughle to get my parcel? I want this sorted out!!!!
Pathetic service, with no customer support, with incompetent staff members. I have never had such bad service with a financial institution like I do with DirectAxis! Being a client for 10 years, and this is the **** service I get. No one phoning back, putting a client on hold for 49min and drops the call, from 13h56 till 15:16 (16 calls) unsuccessful! Everyone puts you throw to a new person, or then this is missing and then everything is 100%. Monday 16 Nov 2020 @ 19:31, I spoke to Ikona, she told me that "someone" will phone me today going throw the contract and then payment will be done. Since 12 Nov when I did my application and was approved, I was told to send my bank statements and policy. Which I did that same day. It is 5 days later!!!! No one phones me, no one can give me answers. Now the system cant open documents?????????? what more excuses are going to come up. the lady puts the phone down in my ear. wow, i am paying your salary! Ianda is the person dealing with my "loan", but I never gets to talk to her. Her manager is also not available Varity. If it's not their website not functioning properly it's the call center! I contacted their call center everyday from Thursday 12th till now 17th. And I best part is you need to provide your ID so they can verify you, when you get to a consultant, guess what, you need to give your ID again! I am fedup! I also have plans to arrange! I am reporting this company for fraud! Deducting moneys from your account, for stuff stolen in their vehicles, 10 months later claiming our company took it. They have no signatures where our drivers confirmed something was missing.
