First time purchase, I'm very pleased all arrived secure, courier was a tad slow but its understandable its a busy point in the year. The support team reply in good time and give your enough info for you to understand. The big thing is the kit spec was honored , definitely recommend Evetech and will be getting my laptop from them soon.

I must say I have not had any major issues with Dawn Wing and in fact the issues I have had the social team and channel managers have been on top of them very quickly. The drivers are friendly and always willing to call you to make sure your parcel is delivered safely and that goes for the social team. Communication 100% Package condition 100%
<p>One month ago I tried login into my Telkom email via the Domessage web page which then stated account under maintenance when I tried login, I then turned to Telkom facebook message support which they claim to be helpful, I don't agree. So its been going for a month now with me trying to tell them it's got nothing to do with my modem and the problem is with there domessage web page which they simply ignore and start resetting my ports even worse they now have stopped responding to me via the Facebook page.</p>
<p>I purchased a subscription to the Stuff Magazine back in September with much inconvenices as the two email addresses on the subscription form were no longer in uses, I managed to contact stuff directly and got the issue resolved. Now Times media emails me telling me that I owner R216 extra on top of the R234 that had already paid, I then contacted Stuff directly as Times media dont seem to use the email address quite well so moving on a consultant phones me from Times media and he asked that I send through proof of payment and its been two weeks with no reply as to whats happening. To date I have only gotten two of the ten magzines from my subscription I have reason to believe that Times Media has stop sending me the Stuff Magazine.</p>
