I took a chance contacting them to find a Tank Pad for my Sons' Suzuki Gixxer 250 SF after there was nothing available in South Africa that would fit properly. They responded swiftly and assisted designing and making a Custom Pad according to Spec sent to them. The price was excellent and delivery a day before the projected time. Absolutely outstanding Service! Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Well done guys!!!
My wife purchased a Devis's Peak Lager 5L Keg. (Ref. 58742033) - Return request (MRRN-RZD8R-NOAK) I opened the Keg and poured ONE (1) glass from the Keg. This is not the first time a purchased a similar product and therefor knew what I can expect. This ONE (1) glass was good. When I wanted to pour a second glass shortly thereafter the beer was flat and without any carbonization. The Keg was opened and used as per the instructions on the Keg. As much as I am aware that Takealot does not accept returns as per their website for Alcohol, this obviously indicated the item was defective. This is a poor reflection on Takealot as well as Devil's Peak Brewery. It also contravenes the CPA as there is an imp**** warranty on ALL items, you cannot choose as a business which items you guarantee the quality of and which ones you want to exclude. If this cannot be resolved, I would urge anyone to seriously reconsider purchasing this spesific product as well as ANY product from Takealot as I do see their policy on returns for DEFECTIVE products as questionable.

So this is the response I received from Xiaomi after I reached out to them for assistance as the retailer did not assist with proper warranty support. They basically tell you that you are on your own and that they will not assist if the retailer don't honor their warranty. THIS EFFECTIVELY MEANS THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON XIAOMI PRODUCTS!. **********ly poor after sales servicce. Non-existing warranty support. Bought Xiaomi Robotic Vacuum from them. Unit malfunctioning. Was taken bck, they insisted to repair and not replace in contravention of the CPA. Received the unit back after "repairs". Still not working correctly. Emailed Xiamoi Global and copied Klpoppers on emails. No response from Kloppers. Xiaomi nocommited repsponse, cannot even confirm if Kloppers is an authorised Xiaomi distributor. Limited warrant support information from Xiaomi Global.

Unfortunately still not navigating as it did before. Contacted Xiaomi Global as their local email address as per their website does not work. Got standardized emails as response. Cannot even confirm if Kloppers is an authorized distributor. Seriously reconsider purchasing their products if this is the warranty support they give in South Africa.

I have purchased a Samsung Washing Machine in September 2023. The machine has stopped working in August 2024. I logged a warranty repair request with the retail store that sold me the machine(Kloppers George). I have requested for a repairman to be dispatched to my residence or that the machine be picked up. I explained that there is no power to the machine and that the basic faultfinding such as trying a different power outlet was already done. Samsung Customer Care keeps on phoning me trying to resolve the issue telephonically. The more I explain to the Call Centre Agent that there is no power going to the machine, so this isnt an error code or something that can be reset, they need to send a repairman, the more the Call centre Agent tells me the need to address the issue telephonically. It has been a week since I logged the call at the retail store and we are nowhere closer to resolving the issue. In the meantime I do not have a working washing machine. I am not going to get a local repairman to look at the machine as this could void the warranty. Samsung, your customer service is shocking and your Call Centre Agents ***********.
