They were willing to have me qualify for a one bedroom and asked me to follow-up in October, I did just that, only to be told there are no one bedroom units available! Our income improved, I provided the proof, surely I can afford as advertised R4702 per month for a two bedroom unit, since I am currently paying R4500 for a one bedroom unit through a private company to rent and I have been paying this for 3 years. Now how does one go from telling me I qualify for a one bedroom but no units available, so now my income has improved, surely I can afford the 2 bedroom now they declining my application because of my credit score. Is it because of the color of my skin? As it seems like it is! South Africa already has a housing crisis yet you making it almost impossible, I am starting to feel as though Social Housing itself is a **** and so are these agents running these projects
Still, another two weeks have gone by, in total a month has gone by since I requested for Discovery to assist me and my husband with a Banking Declaration, again, I called in and expressed the urgency of it and still a single stamp or signage cannot wanna take a month to complete for both of us. Digital banking is bull**** if you ask me, the mere fact that you cannot respond to your clients in your agreed SLA is starting to make your organization seem like a ****!
I contacted Tyme Bank 3 weeks ago requesting for a bank declaration, an email was sent to Tyme Bank Digital from my husband cassiema********@gmail.com to confirm whether or not he has an account with Tyme bank, I expressed the urgency thereof both telephonically and on email and to date we have not received the Declaration that was promised to be attended to within 24-48 business hours.
Still awaiting response for a bank declaration for both my husband and I, I called the Service Team on 23/09/2025, I sent the forms as requested from both my husband and my personal email address, I expressed the urgency thereof, I was advised it will be attended to within 24-48 hours and its 2 weeks and we are yet to receive these declarations!
Payjoy was designed to make it affordable for people to be able to purchase a smartphone - concept is great to a certain extent. Why the hell do you lock the entire device, I can't even take a ****** photo, mind you, I have been making payments but late on my last payment as I am experiencing financial difficulties!. I can't play music, I can't send a please call me.. how stupid is that? lock the services, not the damn phone! I am a mother, a wife, I have 2 small children in the care of others during the day - I cannot get a damn call in the event of an emergency even and to top it off - no thanks to you - I may have missed job opportunities! oh and to make matters even more infuriating, is that I made a damn payment today, literally an hour ago, I even arranged for my colleague to buy me data just so I can connect, I can see an SMS that payment was received, however my damn phone is still locked and how exactly am I supposed to contact support from a locked phone? Must I now bother others to call this pathetic services? just to unlock my phone! no man, this is utter bull****, I absolutely regret purchasing a phone through Payjoy!
This company debited my account a whole R97 to which I did not agree to as I never got the deal and Phonetradr never contacted me with a deal. I then requested MobiSOS to cancel this DebiCheck that I never approved, they confirmed in SMS that it was cancelled on 25/11/2021 my account was still debited, I called multiple times and was given incorrect email addresses and still nothing has been refunded, I can't reverse the debit order, I can't stop it! I am starting to believe this services is FRAUD!
I ordered a T-shirt at the end of September, I was given 10-14 days to which they said there was a delay, another 7-10 days then they just went awol! When I made a stink about it on their social platforms they replied to my emails and said another 5 days, I gave them till last Friday and still nothing came of it, now I’ve been demanding my refund and they are ignoring me! They cannot stick to their SLA and promises to their customers!
****ed off doesn’t begin to describe how I feel. I was given till the 26/07/2021 to get my lay buy from the store to which I agreed to and Mr.Price still cancelled my lay buy within their own SLA to which I gave sufficient response to!
I applied for a 3 year contract in 2019, no one could have predicted what would happen in 2020, I have since only used the Gym in Feb and November of 2020. I felt too insecure with everything that is happening to be in a gym. I have been paying for a membership I no longer use and no longr want but I cannot get out of it. I am a single mom and sole provider - In January 2021 I requested to cancel my membership because I am not using it and could save that R129.00 for something I need, now I don't earn a lot of money. I was told by Zady Van Rooi I needed to pay R2000.00 + to cancel the membership, Got a call yesterday and still no feedback
I was given 14 days to make arrangements about my Lay Buy if I did not want it cancelled, within the 14 days I notified them via email about my arrangements to make payment to which no response was received. On the 8th day of the SLA they cancelled my Laybuy and informed me via email. This is unacceptable! as they did not give me the 14 days to make arrangements as promised, they cancelled my lay buy within 8 of 14 days!
