I am deeply dissatisfied with the service at standard bank legal department. I called 2 days in a row no help till today all the call operators seemed to be helpfull but honestly I have been let down a team leader was supposed to call me back with a way forward it's 24 hours still no call. 2 of the operators who are handling my case one is on leave the other doesn't answer her phone what is going on time wasted with holding periods of each call of 30 mins all I need is a settlement letter to tell me how much I owe.im really not enjoying my experience with standard bank feel like they are keyboard bullies and don't keep to their word
My mom is in love with scones, queens cakes and ****ins we travelled all over to find the best in Joburg from fornous we have been to the hydepark one rosebank as well. today we decided to visit the mall of the South branch to get the most awfull unfriendly customer service from Pam ,she was rude didn't want to put our goods in boxes and never even gave us a smile nor a simple thank you after serving us. After she gave a customer of colour boxed goods that was also buying the same things we bought she rudely said they aren't the same. We don't want to raise the white Vs black card but that's what it was and we where super dissapointed,she was the only helper and only teller wasted so much time waiting for her to finish serving others. This is the worse by far customer service we have received from fornous really had us thinking again about the brand. On the 29th of April I applied for a business account at the Sandton brunch and requested for my card to be delivered at the Eastgate brunch, on the 20th of May my card was still not delivered I had to go to the Eastgate brunch my self to go check, the teller was rude, complaining about being cold and literally sleeping on her desk, I have been banking with nedbank for the past 19 years and I have never received such apouling service. Todate I still have not received my card it's been over a 3 weeks and still no card worse there is funds in the card that I need to use. Does it not take 3 to 7 working days iv been waiting 3 week, what's going on with nedbank.
Yesterday I took my mom out for lunch, the reef Hotel had a Friday chisa nyama special my mom had that and I had their lamb stew butternut and spinach. What made me raise brows is that my stew was warm to cold I had to get the waiter to warm it up for me. Me and my mom shared the stew as she also wanted to taste we had no other filling meal as this was a late lunch. The following day both our tummy where running like mad. Should be food served at 82 degrees to prevent food positioning? Im very dissapointed and worse it was my mom's first experience there.
I have been banking with Nedbank for over 20 years and I have never experienced such bad apoling serviced. Mind you I have a business account , personal and investment account with them after this experience I have changed the way I see the brand it did not make banking easy for me at all and has inconvenienced my business dismally. Last week I received a call from one of their business call center agent Sanja she advises me the account will be closed because the business has not been generating funds and confirms this will only happen after 10 days with a lovely service voice on point , I explained to her that I would be receiving funds from an international client and the account should be rectified soon before 10 days and I have lots of business lining up so all should be well. My international client paid as promised another client that I need to service on Monday has also paid me. Last night as I go draw money my business card gets swollen into the machine being late hours I plan to visit the cresta branch in the morning as I live down the road from there. When I get there advised to call the call center to get my card blocked,. I call speak to a very friendly consultant who said she has blocked my card and needs to transfer me to another department so they can remove the suspension tag on the account she even offered to explain my situation to the next operator, thinking to my self what great customer service as usual she puts me through to a department that has nothing to do with my query and that second agent was so rude and asked me to I was put through to her. You could Hera it in her voice that she didn't want to help. I hang up get a ticket to enquiry only to find out that my account has been suspended but I was advised this would only happen after 10 day I was lied to buy this sanja sontic worse is when they tried calling her manager both of them where off , mind you I needed to stock to deliver services on Monday with no petrol in my business card. Why did sanja lie about my account only being suspended after 10 days when she actually did it on the day she called me? You was I put to the wrong department intentionally to receive descusting service? My account shows I have money but I couldn't access it or get a temp card cause of the status. What happened to intrigrtiy? Honesty with Nedbank this is the first time I get such service and I am beyond dissatisfied, disappointed and incconvienced. I'm part of their entrepreneur incubators but after this I'm really thinking twice , I was advised to come back Monday worse I could be given a new account what happens to all the other payments I'm waiting for that I have ready processed as invoices with this account number , I had to borrow money while I have money because of sanja sontic who lied to me. Thanks alot for messing my whole weekend. I have always recommend Nedbank to others but after I believe there are banks that can treat me better after all my loyalty.

<p>I laybyed a couch in February the 4th I specifically said the on the 31st I'll need it cos I'm moving to a new place, it's April 9 and every time I call there is no stock ? I'm being inconvenienced here but they have my money y have laybyed system and still sell Wat we lay bye , not all customers laybyed and never return . . this is just rediculus iv been loyal to this brand 6 years now. wats going on,?</p>
<p>Yesterday I had the embarrassment of my cars declining at the till for a 12 rand juice, the day before I had swiped at a local store and certain they I had money , went to an atm to check my balances and it's says I have 0.0 , Wat happened to my money I don't have any debit orders nothing , wats going on with nedbank if you guys have technical issues y don't you guys notify your clients? now I mist waste ma time calling your rude customer service agents , what is this ? think I'm going to really switch banks honestly. Iv been loyal to this bank almost 9 years now.</p>
<p>I very dissapointed at bidvest bank , I went to the branch in park station Johannesburg was enquiring about the benefits of a business account cos I want to open one. the lady told me they don't offer business accounts at that branch and that if I leave my details someone would call me in 24 hours it's been 2 weeks no one has called. I have a personal account with them and I'm happy but this experience is changing my point of view regarding bidvest.</p>
