I am very very disappointed in the service received from ORMS print room. I ordered 3 albums about 3 weeks ago for printing. The 2 of the albums arrived without any notification and we are still waiting for the 3rd album. I know there were delays on their side but this we only found out after numerous emails. I am a professional wedding photographer and most of my packages you receive an album. This is the last time I will be using them and it is also not the first time where an order of mine was a disaster. I would not recommend them at all for printing needs. I now have to find a new supplier. Customer care is not their number 1 priority.
Do not pay any money to these people. I paid on Sunday and have not heard anything back. They don't answer their phones or emails or messages. If I have not heard anything back from them today I am opening a case of theft against them. Please Please avoid
After not delivering my order on the day I requested because the driver forgot. This is absolutely shocking service. And the service agent just does not care. Sorry sir that is the way it is. This is the last time ever that I am using Netflorist.
I am soooooo angry right now. I joined Afrihost a while back and i am using their Month to month LTE. So did not use them for one month and service was suspended. I did however start to use them again and paid amount for November which was more that originally. Now they want to bill me again for November and they send very snotty emails to their clients I'm sorry but this is not the way you treat clients Their online chat never works and nobody responds. They also have this amazing whatsapp service that yes you guessed it never works. We have so many service providers in this country and the one is worse than the other
I had the great privilege in dealing with SAWEDDINGS to sign up as a vendor. From the first email it was service with a smile and fast & Efficient. Would recommend any brides or vendors that are in the industry to use them as a partner. Awesome service. Thanks to Danielle and Juanita
Bought a Vape from seller on BOB. Ordered with battery and when the package eventually came there was no battery. They did redeem themselves with battery delivery the same day. But however one week later and the vape is faulty. Spoke to the seller and he would have gotten back to me. Still waiting. Now he is not answering his phone of replying to any communication. Surely BOB has a vetting process to stop such practices. Not impressed at all
<p>Webafrica wa in our area selling their fibre solution. Very excited i signed up fot heir package as i saw them putting in lines. This was in September last year. We are nearly a year later en still nothing. After a few calls back and front i'm still waiting for feedback. I will take this to socail media and recommend to everyone in my area not to use them as service provider. Shocking Service</p>
<p>I bought my wife a "new" overlocker form the TakeAlot website. After her and my mother who is a seemstress spent a whole afternoon trying to get it to work it was uncovered that this machine had signs of use on it already. Needless to say the machine is not working. It is 2 days before Christmas and this is supposed to be a gift. Thanks TakeAlot for once again souring an Accasion. Will not support you again.</p>
