Had to give 1 star otherwise it would have been zero, Telkom personnel put the phone down in your ear when asking why for 70mbps fiber I only get 0.11mbps. TELKOM *****ES ***** MONEY then give you **** poor internet service..
I have ordered from takealot for almost 10 years, never had an issue. My last order was placed on 30 April, today is May 12, I never waited this long for an order, then suddenly after almost 2 weeks a cancelation of an item on my order, thats fine, but now my order is delayed by another 3 days. Not all, now the same day of my notification of item cancelation, my 1 order is split in 2 seperate orders... WHY!!!!!! after I receive my packages, I am done with takealot, even Temu ships and delivers faster..
Very dissapointed in joining FNB a few weeks ago, I left Stb because of high bank costs, joined FNB just to find FNB decided to TAKE R796 for service and account fees!!!!!!!!! And their bull**** "customer care" takes me through 9 thousend prompts and STILL don't assist..
My sister is suffering severe pain in her body, she went to the Vredenburg provincial government hospital to ask for a scan, They tell my sister THERE IS NO BRUISING OR VISUAL EXTERNAL SIGNS OF DAMAGE. so they will not do x-rays to check.. What dont they understand from the statement INTERNAL PAIN, are there no more committed COMPETENT medical practitioners in this country. SWAK!!!!!!!!!! MUST ONE FIRST SUFFER CATASTROPHIC OR LIFE THREATENING INJURIES before this Vredenburg hospital reacts!!!!!! We tax payers pay your damn salaries!!! Do something useful!!! Save a live....
VVM debt collector are working with ****mers, I supposably have a supersonic account, they cant provide proof that I used their services, now they get VVM to threaten me with the credit act.
Forced to give 1 star just to review, HARRASING PEOPLE, never had an account with supersonic, now they send debt collectors my way, 2 to 3 calls a week for over 5 months trying to collect debt, never signed up with them. STOP HARRASING ME SUPERSONIC!!!!!! You cant even prove that you provided a service!!!!!! This supersonic will put you on bad credit with no prove whatsoever.. Be careful of these guys people, they are ****mers!!!!
Herotel, excellent service provider, but the accounts department, sending demands of payment, threatened me with the credit bureau, what the actual f#*+ Herotel, for 2 years I bragged about your services, now that I cancle you bill me after cutting my service, and you keep billing me until you decide that I canceled. Numerous calls, being transferred from one department to the other. I will NOT recommend Herotel to anyone anymore just because of your ******* *********** accounts department.
Poorest service ever!! I recently relocated to Western Cape from Gauteng, had to join a new ISP as my old service provider Herotel does not cover fiber in the area, I decided to make use of Axxess and I am furious because I am still waiting for my line to be activated, I had everything in place, needed NO installations, they only need to connect me to the internet, IT HAS BEEN 4 DAYS, calls in and out, emails left and right, axxess ISP blames Openserve for not communicating whilst Openserve sends proof of activation and communication, axxess's lines department still awaiting confirmation. 4 DAYS, my colleague had openserve app****, Installations done and connected to internet IN 1 DAY...... 4 DAYS AXXESS, 4 DAYS..... I want to cancel my application and go straight to Openserve instead. POOR SERVICE!!!

Got Herotel 2021-09-28 (+-). Started off fine, I pay 499 for 50Mbps fibre (thats MEGABITS!!! NOT BYTES) Dont be fooled, Herotel promised "not throttled", went fine for about 4 months now I dont even get 10 MegBits per second... POOR POOR service. It's not even 1 megabyte per second!!!!!!! Come on HEROTEL!! I LEFT RAIN FOR THIS ****...
