I am in utter disbelief and would like to express my deep dissatisfaction not only with the appalling service experienced by my children at Food*****s market Harvest place but also with the incredibly bad quality of food they were sold This afternoon on 28/02/2026 I sent my 2 teenage children to purchase, amongst other things, Brisket from the butchery. They came back home extremely hurt because of the terrible attitude the butcher lady had when she was serving them. She complained throughout when she was serving them because she didn't like the fact that they were buying multiple packets of meat making them feel small. She was not only rude, but she proceeded to only select fat with barely any meat as she was visibly annoyed I am under the impression that the core of her role is serving customers but it seems this is not the case. I would like to request that management urgently arranges to take this meat back and replaces it because I cannot accept this. I expected a lot better from such a well established franchise
I bought a heater online and was told it would be delivered in 2 day. I call in today and they tell me that they changed the delivery date has been more, without my knowledge if I might add, to 10 days from now. First of all, its freezing and I have 2 kids. I need that heater. The ladies at the call center are just... 🙄. I will never buy from Builders ever again. And I will tell everyone I know
Hi, I've just bought airtime on the MyWorld app. The most frustrating experience of my life!!! The app initially gave me an error when I tried to make the first purchase. Then gave me another error when I attempted again. When I checked my balance, both amounts had gone off. I tried calling the call center and I spoke to a consultant (Paulina) who basically said nothing can be done. Asked to speak to a leader (Lerato) who told me the same thing and basically I would need to wait it out. No matter how many times I tried to explain to her that I urgently need that money, she was condescending, said she couldn't do anything. Said she needed to authenticate me, after I had already authenticated myself via IVR. Said she would send me a pop up (which by the way doesn't work when you have a dual sim). As if that wasn't bad enough, I was told to go to the branch which is another inconvenience . The team leader suggested that I call again, go to the IVR to be authenticated (with which airtime because I had already stated that I was trying to buy air time so OBVIOUSLY I don't have airtime). My other issue is that I was expected to explain myself AGAIN!!! Lerato didn't even attempt to at least inform her colleagues of my enquiry, I would have to do that again. Eventually I just hung up because clearly no one was willing to help. This is the worst service I have EVER gotten. I am so disappointed in African bank. No acknowledgement of my dissatisfaction, no understanding whatsoever. And by the way I need that money urgently. But clearly you guys don't care. Extremely disappointed
I bought the Spar brand vanilla custard on Sunday morning at Spar birchgate and it has a terrible ink like taste. Unfortunately I've already thrown the receipt away but obviously there's other ways to prove purchase. Furthermore, its Spar branded so obviously no other store would sell it. I sent a Twitter inbox to them on the same day and no one bothered to respond, they just continued to post as usual. Ride and disgusting

I topped up on my wallet on Saturday using Ozow on the Netvendor mobi site. The funds went off my bank account but the wallet was not topped up when I called they said I should send the proof of payment which I did and they said they would escalate to their billing department this morning I was requested to send the proof of payment again which I did I had to follow up twice and both times I had no assistance the lady I was speaking to the last lady I spoke to was extremely rude to me saying that it's not her fault it can't not be their fault because I used their platform to make the top up the excuse that I've been given is that I used the wrong account number. How can I use the wrong account number when I didn't type in an account number to begin with. When you use the Ozow option there is no account number required to type I've been using this option for a while and it's been working fine until now the service is appalling I am livid

I'd like to lay an official complaint against an employee at OSBRO Boulders in Midrand who was extremely rude to me. I was signing the refunds form and I missed to spots that I needed to fill on the form. She told me to fill it in and I asked her to please show me which spots I missed. She responded to me in an extremely rude manner. I told her she was being rude and she started shouting at me next to customers and the other staff. I do not appreciate this kind of treatment as a customer especially because I wasn't even rude to her, I was just asking for help. It is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional
I ordered food from Steers birch acres mall yesterday and the service was absolutely terrible. First of all the fries were cold and burnt, they delivered the wrong drink and wrong burger, the delivery guy didn't bring the dessert I ordered so he had to go back to fetch it so I had to wait even longer than I had already waited. The service is absolutely terrible. Will never order from them ever again
I just want to give a huge compliment to the lady and gentleman who assisted me at Hifi corp festival mall 2 weeks ago (forgot their names). You guys were so efficient and professional. Thank you for an awesome service
