I love Yaga. As a seller and a buyer I'm always impressed by their customer service. I'd give it 5 stars but the one negative thing that I've noticed is that some stores tend to be on the front page of the app almost every week. Obviously, that generates more sales for such stores. I think that's unfair. Other than that, Yaga is the best.

The person who handles reservations at Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency for Hluleka Nature Reserve is rude. For example, I sent an email enquiring about availability at the mentioned reserve and this reservationist replied without even mentioning my name or even signing off the email with his name. All one is dealing with is just "reservations", no name. For a tourism business it would be nice if potential clients could at least be treated with etiquette. Even if the dates I wanted are fully booked, still, a representative in a tourism business is meant to be welcoming and not come across as if you are bothering them by just simply enquiring. unfortunately, this has happened two times already.
In March this year I bought a Sunbeam blender at Hifi corporation. At the end of September it stopped working and I returned it. I have just received an email from Domenique Thomas stating that " the blender was bought in March and I only returned it in October" as if I should've returned it earlier. Now she is saying the blender fell and they won't refund me. The blender never fell, it just stopped working. What infuriates me is the fact that it is still within its 12 month guarantee and I feel something should be done by Hifi.
On Tuesday the 11-12-2018 I I missed my bus from Cape Town to Umthatha due to unforseen circumstances. What shocked me was the fact that Intercape doesn't even want to charge their customers a certain percentage then refund he customer but choose to take the whole amount. Even airlines make find ways to accommodate their customers Intercape's no refund policy is a scam and infuriating.

<p>I ordered shoes at Spree and they were delivered last week Thursday, 06-05-17. After I'd opened the box I noticed<em> </em>that one of the pairs doesn't fit me so I sent a collection request that same Thursday. On Monday I received an sms telling me that the parcel will be collected on the 11th, today is Thursday the 13-07-17 and the parcel hasn't been collected yet. I have sent 2 emails and a message via their instagram page and the person who runs the page said he'll follow up and get back to me. I am so frustrated by this, it's my first time buying at Spree and their lack of communication with their customers is really dissapointing. I'm a student and I have to evacuate the school residence and I cant, instead I'm always cooped up in my room waiting for an sms of some form of communication alerting me when the driver will arrive. No response from the 2 emails I sent but the spam emails about 3 hour specials keep coming without fail. Spree's service is disgusting and this was the first and last time I'll ever purchase anything from them.</p>

I was told my parcel will be delivered in 5-7 days, this is the 3rd week and I haven't received my parcel. The lady I've been liaising with ( Dalene Randall) just told me it's delaying and she doesn't know when it will be delivered, I mean last week we liaised via email and she told me it'll be delivered last week Wednesday. She checked on her side today and the courier company they used to send my parcel is closed today. Is this some kind of joke? I told her if it's not delivered by tomorrow I'll have to cancel the order as I'm leaving town on Thursday and I won't be needing the item.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr price s failing dismally at this online shopping.</p> <p>It was my first time shopping there, I'll never do it again.</p>
