Coetzee is a true bunny whisperer! If it wasn't for his passion and dedication I very much doubt that our beloved bunny would be alive! Bun Bun recovered under Coetzee's care not once but twice! We are so grateful for absolutely everything!

I am disgusted by the quality of the Fitchef mince meals. I loved the brand and the meals were tasty but I have now had 2 very horrific experiences. The first a few weeks ago when I bit into something rubbery and found what looked like pieces of valve from offal in my food. FC swore that the quality of their mince was good and that they did not use offal. Welllll... I chanced it again and ordered a different mince meal... 1 bite in tonight and there is something rubbery again in the meal.... another pipe/valve whatever that is offal related. I am disgusted. Beyond utterly disgusted
The cost states R399 on sale but when I add 2 items to my cart the cost reflects as R1108 for both together (should be R798). Even at the full not on special price of R439 per item the R1108 does not make sense. Please can you give me feedback so that I can proceed with my purchase at the correct amount?
I have bought and sold cars multiple times with We Buy Cars. I was very disappointed by our experience today. Spent allll day finding a car, finally found a great option and were getting ready to do the finance only to be told the car is on auction and we can't buy it. We test drove the car, nowhere on it or near it did it say auction. Truly truly disappointing and I would not be keen to attempt to buy from them again. Their attitude was totally unapologetic and more oh well
If there was a 0 I would rate it that. 21st birthday present surprise that hasn't arrived yet and the call centre (spoke to 2 agents and additional 3 cut off calls) can tell me nothing except its "out for delivery". No way to track, no way to know anything except hope and pray that it arrives. Do better, seriously
Terrible Customer Experience. Order 4 meals from Burger King. Way overpriced compared to in store firstly. All 4 were freezing cold on arrival. I mean like had been standing for hours and not warmed. 2 of the 7ups were fizzy water in cups, not cooldrink at all. Can not reach any human at UE and if you manage to via help it's "sorry for you" anf that's it. No recourse.
I love love love my sodastream but... Getting the refills is a permanent pain and terrible customer experience. I keep 2 bottles spare but everything ran out and I have still not been able to find any cannisters. Both massive retailers on either side of me are always out of stock. The amount of time, energy and money wasted going to check if they have stock is insane. I do everything else shopping wise online, how am I not able to order my refills online and have those delivered as well.
Very happy with the service I received from Karen and NoQUIF. Despite the craziness of claiming UIF with Covid and the current state of affairs my claim was sorted! 100% worth it and I have no idea how I would have navigated claiming without them.
Yes the order took some time to reach me but their website clearly states that delivery is likely around 25 days. Placed order 27th Aug and it arrived 16th Sep. My email queries were answered almost immediately by customer care and I was kept informed every step of the way. Quality is not 100% what I expected from the Mac Cover I bought but it looks good
