Roman’s Pizza Brackenfell Branch I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Roman’s Pizza Brackenfell. We placed and paid for an online order around 17:00 after the system confirmed that delivery was available to our address. After payment was processed, we received a call stating that they could not deliver because we supposedly live more than 10 km away from the store. This explanation makes no sense, as our address is approximately 4.7 km from the branch. We repeatedly explained this, but staff continued arguing instead of resolving the matter professionally. What is most frustrating is that from 17:00 until 20:00, we received no food delivery, no proper assistance, and no acceptable solution after already paying. If our address was truly outside the delivery area, the online system should never have accepted the order and payment in the first place. This experience showed poor customer service, poor communication, and a complete disregard for customers’ time and money. I expected far better service. On 6 March at approximately 08:48, I received a call from a representative from Clientèle Limited. The call was regarding insurance packages. From the beginning of the conversation, I politely informed the agent that I was not interested and that I had only entered a competition where their brand was advertised. I also explained that I am not obligated to take out any product or package. Despite this, the agent continued to push the packages and started asking personal questions such as whether I already have cover and why I do not have a package. The tone felt very forceful and uncomfortable, even after I clearly stated that I did not wish to continue the conversation. I then informed the agent that he should not speak to me in that manner and that I am not obligated to answer personal questions or take out any product. I ended the call. Since then, it appears that my number may have been placed on a cold-calling list, as I have started receiving additional calls. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I never provided my contact details directly to Clientèle for marketing purposes. If my information was shared through a third party from the competition entry, I believe this raises serious concerns about consent and privacy, particularly in relation to the Protection of Personal Information Act. I request that Clientèle remove my contact details from all marketing databases immediately and confirm that I will not receive further calls. I
I won a voucher Sunglass Hut voucher from the Cape Gate Mall Cape Town. I went on a Sunday to purchase two pairs of Ray Bans from my voucher as an early Valentines gift for me and my partner. The lady who assisted ( Elize Jelander) me what very patient and helped me in all ways. I’m not use to wearing sunglass and also don’t know what shape or style to choose from. As I was sceptical regarding a few pairs I like. I asked her to keep it I will come back when I know which pair to purchase. She kindly stated the policy which I respected. I left and went back the next Wednesday. The best part is the same person what there (Elize Jelander) and she remember which glasses I tried on and conditie to give great service. I went home the a pair of ray vans that I love and do not regret. I love how she was patient and didn’t force me to take any pair and also continue with great customer service even though I was indecisive and annoyed. We need more people like her at retails stores. I have lost my job in 2023 and struggle to keep up with my bond payments. I reached out to them explaining my situation and they we’re very helpful. My contract states I can only get 1 Special Arrrangement 12 months. When the 12 months expired I’ve reached out again and ask for other assistance and they we’re so lenient and had grace over my situation, because I made payment by giving my fill pay check which was less than the normal amount they gave me more grace and another 18months Soecial Agreement to pay off my arrears. I’m am glad to choose FNB for a Homeloan
I'm so disappointed in the vodacom shake summer. Why would they create a platform for their customers to win when they only trying to make money out of us. You shake the app and win puzzle until you reach each you puzzle you win that prize but instead they scam us by intentionally place a missing peace on each prize puzzle set , a puzzle piece you'll never receive, they give the same puzzle instead or you not a winner. I've done some research on social media and saw that a view people going through the same thing and we all stuck with the same missing puzzle which is actually weird! Vodacom lied to us by telling us we will win these prizes where they knew it will never happen to send messages to buy airtime to gain more vodabucks to give you extra shakes to make winning easier but its all lies. So I want to know what happens when network companies scam their customers to make money out of us. Because most of us played these games win money so we can pay of our debts that most of us made because of this pendamic. Most of us are in arrears so they had hope that they might win something from vodacom. Someone is in desperate need of a vehicle to get to work or for something very important in their household, but instead vodacom is ripping people of in this time of the pendamic knowing we all already struggling and now they taking the last little we have making it seem like they giving us hope to win some. They knew we will go out our way to win that one puzzle not knowing the puzzles are missing and we would never win
This is getting frustrated , since April im waiting on answer and for telkom to activate my wifi its still suspended. Telkom is ignoring the fact that they having a billing system failure, where they didnt do their debit orders and i habe to go pay cash by card by the the post office and then they still got the nerve to charge me rejection fee which is r200 which i payed the the first time in march and the they try they luck not to do the debit order again and i went in to theyr store to report it amd since then they couldn't give me a reasonable answer. They state that the money bounced back coz I did not have funds , i disagree with them , i send them prove of my bank statement which showed i had funds them they ignored the prove of my bank statement , then they said the money bounced back , which i dont underatand how's that possible because i will receive and sms if any money was reversed back into my account which i never received such an sms and my back statement shows ive paid and the telkom app shows I've paid. . They still ignoring the matter after all the prove , now the monthly payment that i still make why my wifi is suspended they use to pay that r950 now it seems like i dont pay my account because they stealing my money to pay a bill thats their billing department fault. . Telkom is stealing from us by vlaiming they have a billing system failure and expect their customers must pay for their failure.
Im so frustrated with Telkom bad services , Telkom didnt do their debit orders for a about 3 to 4 months now ive been going to their kiosk in waterfront where the staff gave me code to pay at the post office! Which i think its just rediculous because its a debit order not cash payments . My debit order date is the 5th i paid my account the 6th or the 7th , which means that Telkom gives you 5 day grace to pay your account , meaning they wont charge you for late payment but still they charged me extra r200 which my bill is r139 i paid the r339 amount in march and thrn suddenly Telkom making a habbit of not doing their debit orders thinking they can make money out of me by their system fault. . Now this month i received a bill of r1080 where i dont know that amount came from. First of all if thry charge r200 for late payment 3/4 months would be r600/****but where does the 9ther extra come from. . Ive been going to the telkom kiosk for months noe their stafg send them emails but no response for few months , suddenly they send an email that states its a system fault they wont pay me back and i just need to pay that amount then they will reconnect my WiFi, which i told the staff member that i wont pay for telkoms fault this is a debit account not cash payment so they system must pay that amount. . Now this month Telkom debit r950.86 the staff member said they send a refund email coz its not mt fault its been 2 days now no response if i dont get that money back i wont have transport for work for this month and my wifi is still suspend which i dont know why ! This situation needs to be stop they stealing from their customers because they have a billing system failure that doesn't do their drbits and their customers must pay tor their billing system fault! Im having a bad experience with mtn I've received an sms from mtn saying i need to pay R867.20 , i went to waterfront mtn they told me to ignore it coz i payed my cancellation fee which is r317 but if i get any problems i should come back to the store , and suddenly mtn suspended my phone , which i cannot use at all only by wifi. I went to Kenilworth Centre mtn I've explained to the consultant and she phoned the service provider and asked them why they bill me r869.20 they said for the early cancelation of an contract , then she told them but they told me the cancellation fee is r317 so where does the other amount come from if ive been told r317 . They couldn't help her and then she send a query and said she will come back to me that was 3 days ago but then today ive received a sms that mtn will take legal action if i dont pay the r867.20 which i refuse to pay coz ive already payed my cancellation fee which is r317 . I will give you all the reference number that will show the amount of the cancellation fee which would show r317. Reference no ********** 62/ ********** 58/ ********** 41/ ********** 13 Ticket no of mtn store query 35568 This is how many times I've contacted mtn for the amount for the cancellation fee and all of them it is r317 ! So who ever made wrong calculation should be paying that r867.20 coz i phone more then once, they get training to do their work properly , they cant suspend and take legal action against me for their workers fault. I pay my account every month didnt skip once but now i cant make phone calls , sms so watch the use having a contract phone if i cant use the data and stuff... This is starting to be frustrating coz i use my phone daily . Can you please help me? coz mtn cant help me! And if i owed them then why is that ********** 434 contract cancel? Then it qouldve atill been a contract sim then a prepaid sim? They couldnt answer that question as well !
