Good day I would like to formally raise a serious concern regarding the decline in service from Makro strubens valley over the past two years. I have been a loyal customer who spends approximately R3000 – R5000 per month with Makro. I specifically use the online ordering system to avoid standing in long queues and have previously opted for delivery. Unfortunately, I started experiencing repeated problems where my orders were delivered incomplete. Because of these issues, I changed to the online order and collection option and started collecting the orders myself. However, the same problem is now happening again – items that I have paid for are missing from the order when I collect it. What is even more frustrating is that when I report the missing items, I am told they will be delivered to me. On multiple occasions this was promised, yet the items were never delivered and no follow-up communication was made. This level of service is extremely disappointing from a retailer of Makro’s reputation. As a customer who spends several thousand rand with Makro every month, I expect accurate order fulfilment and proper resolution when mistakes occur. Please advise: • Why this keeps happening • What steps will be taken to prevent it going forward • When the outstanding items from my recent order will be delivered or refunded If this cannot be resolved, I will unfortunately have to reconsider where I spend my money going forward. I look forward to your urgent response.
order from steers every week some times 2 per week and today i ordered a milkshake, discusting, warm, no ice cream, its like thick milk with 10 s****s of sugar and food coloring in. never had anything more diecasting in my life, i will now rather send my money at mac Donald's. i am so super disappointed, obviously they don't need customers.
I bought a Defy 6kg Air Vented Dryer Manhattan Grey from hifi corp, it was delivered and dented, after i have reported it being dented it took them 6 weeks to deliver a new dryer, i used the new dryer 4 times in 2 weeks now it sounds like it is falling apart or going to blow up any time. what are they selling, is this the quality of HIFI Corp, this is unadaptable, I have lost all faith in them and there products. Pls do not buy from them!!
pls do not take out any fiber with supersonic, when things go wrong with the fiber they refuse to sort it out and still request payment, evotell was at my house and checked nothing wrong with the line or router but supersonic said its not them its evotell and supersonic refuse to work on the problem. pls there service is up to ****, call center staff is so dump they cant even assist you over the phone. be awair supersonic is pathetic.
So i was called to upgrade, the sales person Muzikayise Radebe upgraded me to the Pura 70 Pro and told me i get free gifts a watch and pod's, so i did the upgrade and now a week later my phone was delivered and now watch and pod's, so he told me to submit the invoice to Huawei and they will send me the gifts, so i did just to be informed the invoice cell c gave me is incorrect and now due to this i can not submit to get my gifts any more as the voucher is not valid as the inv was incorrect and i can only submit one invoice. so now I don't get anything and he does not assist me in any way and I cant phone him and he does not reply to my emails. you are ****mers, pls don't upgrade with cellc go anywhere els.

This is the worst Business ever, after being with Cell C for more than 15 years i wanted to upgrade, after a week i still did not get the debit mandate so i can auth the debit order and after phoning 19 time's i was advice every time they will send a email to the person doing the upgrade and still nothing so what now now do you expect me just to keep on phoning 10 x a day every day. you are idiots!!!
This is the worst Attorneys ever, after paying up my account they refuse to give me a paid up letter and promise to give one every week but it never gets done. Pls never trust them
consultants very rude phoning me every day, 4 times a day for a R300 payment due end of the Month threatening me they will keep on phoning if i don't pay now, and they will tell my employer i am not paying my bills, it that not against so sort of rights? after payment thy start phoning for the next month telling me this is my fault if i paid my account they would never had my account this will teach me to pay my accounts.
Pls stay away. worst people to deal with, bad workmanship, there is not one person working there that is not rude. discussing owner. never spoke to a more rude person. awaiting quote for a 3x9m lapa for more than a week. when spoke to owner he informed me if I cant wait I must go somewhere ells he does not need my business. Stay away stay very far away.
