The worst service ever, I have logged 10 calls with no help , I didn't pay the for the month of January 2026 and I was never provided with connection not even a single day or hour , now I paid for February am told I am not going to get the service because I owe January , how do I owe for the service I never receive, If is that so please refund my Feb money since am not connected and I want to cancel the stupid subscription , day light ******* no ways I work hard for this money .
Good Day I made a payment from Std bank using immediate payment but the funds still not reflecting and , I need those funds to reflect for my rent. I called on Saturday spoke to the consultant he advise the money will reflect the next day , since the money didn't reflect immediate I would like to have my R50 reversed , its either you reverse the money back to my account or release it to the recipient
My mom made a payment R1500 to a wrong cell phone number , she went to the branch and she was told the money is in that person account , but they cant reverse it , and logged a call for her , she went to follow up then they said they person is not picking up the phone , so they cant help , Kindly assist , because I don't understand if that person will never answer their phone then what ?and most people they don't answer the calls to the numbers they don't know , we need those funds for the kids groceries .
Assault Case
I am very angry and soo annoyed , by one of the drivers who assaulted my kids 18 and 11 , slapped and kicked them and he was drunk , I called the office was told the manager or team lead is not there to assist , I spoke to Nomonde she refused to give me the company details , I want to open a case for this man ,
Good Day , I called MTN Northgate and spoke to some guy and asked him I want to pay off my mtn account , he took my details and said he will call me in 2min while he was meaning more that 2hrs , I called back he told me my account set for cancellation and I have never asked for cancellation, the purpose of the call was to pay as I know I am in arrears ,
I since waited for my parcel from and of February till today , can we be assisted and not promised lies please we order things in order but to receive them in SA its struggle even they have arrived on time ,
I have called FNB general enquiries to advise me how can I pay my cheque account and my credit card since they are blocked I can even do online transfers. they cannot assist me because I don't have my phone with the FNB app, that kind of verification so what must I don't have the phone my daughter is using it and not around. is there no any form of verification can be done , they should be ; Credit Card Legal 4000506922289 FNB Cheque Account 62168501536 am querying those two account, I need details as to how can I start settling them .
Am so annoyed with Fnb home loan at the moment , I am even thinking to move it to Capitec homeloan.I got an SMS on the 30th of December that my account is in arrears and to come to my suprise there was money in my account, I called I spoke to the consultant and he advised me to do manual payment and send him pop, on the 5th of Jan 2022 I got an SMS that my account is in arrears I called I spoke to some guy he put me on hold for more than 15 minutes and no response, on the 06th I get an SMS of letter of demand , I called an spoke to Cornelius he said he will log a call to check , later I got a call from a lady who didn’t even want to understand or listen to my dispute telling I owe R2600 arrears I need this to be fixed or pay back my R3395 I paid on the 31st Dec then I will pay double on the 26 January.
