Staff are disorganized and run late. Arrived at their official published visiting hours however could not access the ICU as the staff were late in changing the sheets. Very unprofessional and unapologetic, personally I will avoid this facility at all costs.
I am trying to become their client, however they cannot care less. It is now a week, the fiber line has been installed but they cannot active me and cannot give me clear reason as to why not nor when it will be resolved.
A third party claim was submitted two weeks ago, I have followed up almost daily to try and understand where the process is, however, I have been informed for the past two weeks that it has not been registered. I have a screenshot from the broker showing it has been submitted to Hollard. I have also emailed the supervisor (Leani) and not received any response. The claim number is DNM0008-00027296
Zero communication and service. My fiber line has been down for the past 2 days, after numerous attempts to address and understand the issue I merely get an it is not our fault/problem, it is VUMA, but I may not communicate with them. Today I get communication that it will be down for a week due to cable maintenance. No prior warning, I work from home and connectivity is essential. I have been a client since 2017, have now cancelled my account and am moving to Web-Africa, cheaper than Home connect for the same speed
Trying to find out about opening an account (aka trying to literally give them money), transferred 5 times and on hold for 40 minutes,
*********, unprofessional. Vehicle went in for steering column repairs and came back with a broken steering angle sensor. They have promised to replace but cannot/have not provied any proof of ordering the replacment part. I have been given the run around for two weeks. Now am approaching the RMI (of which they are a member)
Order placed and paid for two weeks ago. I am now infomred that I have been refunded, note I did not request nor recieve a refund. Stay away from online ordering, I should have read the reviwes before placing the order.
It is now the 3rd request that remains unresolved. I have been holding on for 15 minutes to try and resolve a querry that revolves around their core business (aquisition of an off teh shelf company). Ebey time (100%) I phone them the person I need to speak to is in a meeting? First they got my email wrong, then sent the wrong documents, upon folloing up they then sent the wrong infomraion (for a third time). I would not recomend them
Timeous delivery and great price
Their "online" business is an absolute shambles. I have been waiting for more than the stated week for a delivary which is not forthcoming. Speaking to the call centre is a joke, after hanging on three times for more than 15 minutes, speaking to.3 different people (including the manager) there are now spesial arrangements being made. Hiwever, if I did not follow.up relentlesly the order would only be delivered 10 days after being placed. Exscuses are that the stock is not captured correctly? Is that not their core business?????
