I just want to thank netflorist for making my mom's mother's day the best. I've been unemployed and I just went to see if I can't use my ucount rewards for a gift, only to find that they credited with a whopping R500, I don't even know how and why, they still allowed me to use an additional R100 voucher promotion. What an amazing company. Thank you very much
I am so deeply disappointed with FNB in Liberty mall Pietermaritzburg and the whole FNB in Pietermaritzburg as a whole, the incompetence of their staff is unparalleled. My husband sent my mother money via moneygram but it seems none of these people know what Forex is, they keep sending an older lady from pillar to post and sending her to other banks. I mean, the other gentleman didn't even seem to know what moneygram was. This is really disgusting behaviour and the worst part I made my mom open an Fnb account because I thought it was convenient. Pietermaritzburg, do better, train your staff, the rudeness and dismissive attitude that mask your ignorance is really pathetic.
Would like to commend the staff at Mr Price Home at Mall of Africa, I somehow lost my phone in the shop and one of your clients picked it up and gave it to a staff member( was too excited to take his name) but when I eventually called the phone, he told me where to pick it up. I am so grateful to these honest people and it just restores faith in humanity in the country where looting and stealing is prevalent.
We've been trying for weeks to get a slot on the system to book a learners for my little brother, every Tuesday we are there but the system will only show 1 slot in a town or suburb that is far, you click on that slot and at the end it tells you it's already taken. It happens all the time. Now we sent the boy to Centurion Traffic department, and they're sending him away and asking him to book online and nobody gives a rat's ass that the system literally doesn't work.
These people are heartless monsters, my account was behind by two months for the obvious COVID 19 issues but noooo they had to go and handover my account to collections attorneys, and on top of that I have to pay R600 in legal fees. Is that even legal? I mean even banks are offering relief options and here they're are kicking us when we are down. The worst company ever treating us like squatters in our own homes.

Thanks for helping downgrade my account and now I earned Ebucks for the first time in over 6 months.
I've been waiting for a whole two months to cancel my FNB private bank account. I called on the 26th of February to downgrade as the account wasn't meeting my needs and as a commission earner, my salary wasn't always the same. I was told it takes 7 days, I called about 2 weeks later and I kept being told that a Rochen Martin would call me. Rochen called me on the 10th of April and unfortunately I was on a work call, she said she'd call in 15 minutes. Until today she hasn't, I've sent emails and held forever on the line. It's really unfair that I have to pay the charges for a private account that I clearly indicated I cannot afford, and I can't even get my Ebucks rewards because I don't even earn enough to qualify,most months anyway. This is not TCF (treating clients fairly) , this is wrong and I'm frustrated because I can't change banks. Can someone please help me
The worst bus you can ever use. The seats are dirty and the blinds are literally smelling. Most long distance buses have two seats on each side but they have three on one side and you get squeezed for hours. I mean you could clean the buses every now and then.
I'm very disappointed in your company. Firstly, I was enticed to order more and I would get a free lindt chocolate...None of that happened even though I did. Then the baby blankets I ordered had labels only at the end...very unsightly and I wasn't even proud to give them to my friends. Then I was charged the delivery fee for each item even though two items were going to the same address same day. Your service is pathetic, prices ridiculous and quality is horrible. Will never use you again
