No one can confirm deliverey despite shipment shipment being picked up on 25th ... Today is 27th ???? How can this be?
I use to rate these Guys ,After so many conflicting and contradictory stories i have had on a shipment from HKG i will will revert back to Fedex now Guys have some sense of being in the one page not every Dept referring the problem elswhere It was joke over past few days trying to deal with you
Doc first disappointed when I referred my wife to her ( I utilised her prior ) and on 1st Appointment she ran almost an hour late Needless to say WE REFUSED to accept , gave up and left , never having seeing her for this appt ! Irony here on prior visit she commented on her opposition practitioner and how he runs late all the time Further advising she cannot understand how his clients accept 😂 What hypocrisy 🙄! After being stupid enough to give her a 2 nd chance and and another appt she prescribed blood tests to ascertain my wife’s potential history/ possible cause of her serious embolism ( on a positive note let me advise doc is pleasant lady when you sit in front of her ) The issue now is that tests were done in early Feb and despite numerous calls and emails we still don’t have results Are they so serious she doesn’t want to share …… Either way it’s UNACCEPTABLE RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! as it now almost May Below is one of the the many responses, but still no answer “” Hi Mr Brennan, Kay.K here, I hope you are well. “I just wanted to let you know that I have escalated this to Dr, I will try to apply pressure to get you feedback before the end of the week.”” WHAT THE HELL it’s nearly 2 months ! In my opinion , No excuse is now acceptable ! The whole so called service rendering “ @ +~ R3500 for a visit is a joke and unacceptable! I’m totally disgusted 🤮 Aidan Brennan

Pathetic abysmal service from Cherzal Subramoney & Minenhle Zondi i paid 1600 doe a PRIORITY shipment from USA 11 DAYS after pik up ,they don't respond to my my emails To add to the misery of dealing with FedEx you cannot get thru via phone on either there direct lines nor via reception I have advised supplier to use DHL who offer a more streamlined user friendly service FEDEX SA wake up as you are leaving your brand down

Still waiting for Andrew the sales manager to return my call Unfortunately my 3008 GT Was delivered with a malfunctioning or not properly upgraded (during PDI) onboard computer and I could not utilise car play As result while I was happy with sales side I’m now reducing my rating to a One star rating because little to zero effort was made to rectify or resolve issue I have since had the issue resolved @ another dealership ‼️ I find the lack of follow up very SAD for what was initially a pleasant experience
