I'm Ndivhuwo Munyadziwa, another happy client of Nedbank. I had been having problems with accessing funds on my Nedbank credit card, for weeks the telephonic assistants could not figure out what the reason was. Until i walked to the Boulders Shopping Centre Nedbank branch, on the 9th of September. i threw a little tantrum, being fed up with excuses and explanations that weren't making sense to me. There was a kind and really professional gentleman, who was sitting at the reception space- he took it upon himself to assist me and another gentleman who had the same issue as i did...something to do with a 'validation error' each time we tried to transfer funds between our respective accounts; but the issues would persist. i could not get his name, but i really appreciated his sterling service. Him and another gentleman by the surname of Talu, these gentlemen proved me that i am actually with the right bank. And in between this mini fiasco of the gents working on assisting me, there was a lady that was knocking off...she actually greeted with a smile, i mean i really felt at home. Chuffed i say...* She didn't have to- that gesture of ubuntu really touched me; it made me feel like i actually mattered to these people. Suchlike gestures are exceptionally rare. I immediately calmed down; seeing that i was in good hands. I'd like for you to personally thank Mr Talu who troubleshooted my problem and saw to it that i leave the bank with a smile. Mr. H. Talu and that gentleman with a winning attitude, that one by the reception space...and that knocking off lady whose greeting soothed me for some reason... Your stuff have a winner’s attitude, and I appreciate the fact that they take your customers seriously. Such a great commitment to customer services should be commended highly; therefore here is a token of congratulations for having hired a team that left a lasting impression, and i wish the same spirit will continue in future also. Today, the 6th November I called the Standard bank, frustrated and saddened by the fact that 2 of the standard bank consultants have made unauthorised credit inquiries on my credit profile, which in turn dropped my credit score, twice. Charmaine from the application fraud department was calm and according to me, went an extra mile in helping get through to the correct department, sympathized with me and s****fully made me feel hopeful that my query was going to be resolved. She Gave me a reference number, double checked if I had any other fraudulent matters that were probably unknown to me, she also offered advise on how to go about getting to the bottom of the matter until I'm satisfied. The second compliment goes to Rosslyn from the voice branch, transactional banking customer services department. I'd like to commend these two shining stars' sterling service and applaud you for having true professionals in your team. They're assets to us as customers and i hope they're well recognised by you for their excellent interpersonal s****s, and being fully informed in their roles. I've had bad experiences at the standard bank with consultants who just don't understand their jobs and In turn make me feel worse than the frustrated state I was in when I called them. These two gems gave me a complete experience and I'm honoured to have dealt with them today. My query is still under investigation but they've helped a great deal and I appreciate that. Thank you.
Good evening Please allow me to express my gratitude to the Steers team member at the Festival Mall; Akhona. I had spilled my coke all over the place, this man came to assist with a smile, no complaints or a negative attitude. The coke spilled once again, he returned with that same warm smile- I was so embarrassed, felt bad for him. He assured me that it was okay, that I shouldn't worry. I always have good experience at this Steers and Akhona's excellence in customer service today, was outstanding. I come here regularly since I stay nearby, Akhona always smiles and entertains small talk with customers. I'm really happy with the sterling service from this restaurant.
