I came up with an innovation that saved the bank over R25 million in the first year of implementation. I submitted this innovation on FNBs innovators platform prior to leaving the bank. The innovation won 3rd place in the FNB innovators awards, however credit for the innovation and the monetary rewards were given to other people. FNB will continue benefit for years to come from this innovation and I havent received any recognition for my innovation. This is unfair and I want someone from FNB Innovators to contact me urgently or I will take this further.
I purchased 2 pairs of Under Armour HOVR Sonic 4 running shoes which were reflecting as on sale on the Under Armour website. On the day I was supposed to receive my order I was sent an email that my order was cancelled and being returned to the warehouse due to a pricing error on Under Armours side. I have sent numerous emails and have received no response. I want my orders to be delivered - I do not want a refund.
This is the 2nd weekend where I have come to Checkers Sandton City and there is no trolleys. The staff and management are rude and unwilling to assist. All the trolleys are being used by the sixty 60 shoppers - it's like they don't care about the customers in store.
I took my vehicle to VW Melrose for some noises I was hearing on my vehicle. I went thrice and was told they can't identify the issue. I even went with the technician Yuvi for a drive and he heard the noise - but he said it was not consistent enough, but that be thinks that my clutch/gearbox need to be replaced and that I should take a video for the maintenance plan - when I asked a video of what, he advised he would send me an example ( I never received this). For the squeaking noise over bumps the technician advised some special grease was required from VW Germany. I then lodged a complaint and got a call from the Foreman at VW Melrose - Llewellyn Britts. He was extremely rude and told me that I am wasting their time and that I should take the vehicle to another VW. I took my vehicle to Hatfield VW Bryanston and was assisted by Trevin. He identified that the rear brakes were worn and that the strut bushes needed to be replaced. All the noises in my vehicle are now gone. I will never take my vehicle to Hatfield VW Melrose again and I don't recommend that anyone does.
Terrible service. I took my vehicle is thrice and they couldn't figure out what the issue was. The foreman was also very rude. I will never take my car here and don't recommend that anyone take their car to this VW.
-First I was provided the incorrect package -I wasnt receiving the required speeds and was told it was due to the router I was given -Then I wasn't upgraded after I made a request to be upgraded. - After I was upgraded and received a new modem I still didn't receive the speeds I was paying for -i logged a request and received 2 updates that they were investigating and never received a call back regarding the issue being resolved - when I called in to follow up, I was asked to restart my modem as some work was done in the back end - the speeds then improved. - I spoke to someone from billing who advised that my bill would be R415.03. -In my April statement they charged an additional amount for March. - I tried calling and was left on hold so sent an email requesting a call back, no one called me back. - I have since requested cancellation and no one has called me [I want my package cancelled with immediate effect from the date I sent the cancellation email as per Supersonic process - I am not willing to pay any cancellation fees as my cancellation is due to the fault of the ISP] After everything I was understanding and told Supersonic that I don't want there services at my current address, but will try it at another address- now they want to charge me clawback fees. I want Supersonic cancelled and I am not willing to pay any cancellation fees
Terrible service from Loot.co.za . I logged a return on the 28th of the December. The item was collected however I have still not been refunded. I have provided them with all the information requested when returning the item, including the account this can be refunded to. I called the call centre and they advised they refunded it into a closed bank account in error. I have still not received my refund or any feedback from Loot.co.za. I will be taking this further now.
<p>I am a 3rd year student at Milpark Business School. I registered and paid well in advance but received no confirmation I had registered. I sent 10 emails and tried calling their useless number that just rings for 30 mins and then drops. Eventually I called reception on the 30/01/2017 and demanded to speak to someone, I asked them what was going on with my application and they advised that they made an error in processing my application because they changed module codes and it showed I did not do a module which was a prerequisite. I then asked the lady at student services when my books will be delivered and she advised in 4 weeks and when I advised that would be 1 month into the semester with no study material she said that I would receive my study material in time, I knew when campus starts so I asked her when and she said she is not sure. So to sum it up for people considering sending there kids to Milpark to study, please don't. There are a bunch of incompetent working there who treat students like ****. All they care about is money. I have escalated this to the Council of Higher Education directors who one of my colleagues are family with, so please save your bull**** response on Hello Peter stating you are escalating the matter when you ask for no student details. We will deal with this with people who take their work seriously to stop institutions who are just stealing students money.</p>
