I thought bring a sick person to this hospital will be better than other gov hospital just to find the same terrible attitude/ rude nurses and Dr and no feedback whatsoever and then when you get to actually speak to a person get told to come in and see the dr @ 8 patiently waiting and he walk out to go to a meeting and the attitude is wait or come back again when you dont knw a thing about what is going on with the patient grrrrr terrible way to treat people
there should be a - 0 for this company not even a full start do yourselves a favour and don't sign up with Vox there service sucks and they liers
Umgeni Road Home Affairs is the worst! make an appointment for collection of ID, goes. off line have to go back off line 3 rd time lucky we get the ID card so off we go to Pav for a passport application just to be told Umgeni road has not marked it as collected, off to Umgeni road again 🤬 just to do the verification again get told by the supervisor she will email. head office but if it doesn't get marked as collected not her problem the *** problem is it and we can't do a passport application till that is done what the f ING hell man who can help...

Upgrade We upgraded a product waited nearly 2 weeks nothing call them 1. oh we didnt send it because there is no router. wth 2. so we change the order once again lots of promises 3. no manager to answer for this total lack off service for someone thats been a client for years and pays 4. wore service ever

For nearly 2 months now i have been batteling with my lte i have reported it numerous times now today when you call 10210 it wont let you select the options and the call gets disconnected. I am paying for a damn service thats not working half the time and getting no resolution from Telkom grrr
