I stopped using rain a last year when I moved from Durban to Gauteng. I cancelled the contract and the router was collected by the company on the 23rd June 2025. But rain is still billing my account and causing bank charges for each declined charge on my bank account. Who is going to pay for those bank charges. Why are you still charging my account when you have collected your router. I want compensation for the bank charges I have incurred cause I don’t understand why I’m still being charged!!!!!!!
My partner and I were looking for an apartment to rent at Umhlanga and an Agent by the name Mxolisi Ngobese ****med us R800. He said he wants R800 to sort out admin work, but we never got the place and after he took the money we could not get through to his phone. We tried to call him but he doesn’t take our calls, we sent him messages and he had never responded. We called his office and a lady picked up and they didn’t assist us either. If you are looking for a place to rent in Umhlanga don’t seek help from Prime Property cause this means their agents are not trustworthy and they are not professional. I want my money back!!!!!!!
It is so hard to get a hold of Rain network provider.. I need help with my router and its ages I'm trying to get them to pick up my call or for them to call me back.. My Rain account doesn't accept my logins, cant even get technical support. I don't know why they have "Request A call me" option if they don't honour up to their customer service. Its been over 3/4 trying to get but no help or attempt has been made!!!!!!!!
I placed an order on the Debonair App on the 7th March only to find out that branch does not do deliveries, so I cancelled the order. This was on the 7th March and I have not received my refund. I have called them multie times but no one has called me back regarding my refund. I want the money refunded please.
My brother bought a Vodacom Sim card at a Vodacom store and had the sim card Rica'd at that store. He has been using that Vodacom number for +/-3 years, then suddenly the number stopped working, he went to Vodacom Bridge City Mall 3 times and they were offline. He has been without service for over 5months and Vodacom has given the number to someone else. How can Vodacom take that number and assign it to someone else when it is registered with his ID number. That cellphone number has been used for job and school application, even for banking account. How come Vodacom switched the number to be used by someone else. How safe is it to use this service provider for such a thing to happen. I want my number reactivated!
I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. Her name is Emihle Maqungo.. She was professional and kind. She resolved my query and processed my order really quick. She's the best. She really knows her work and we need more people like her. Sweet lady.
I do not know how many times i have complained about Vumatel!! They are the worst service provider. My wifi is not working and I am struggling to make payment. The whole week I have been asking for them to send me a link to make payment but I have not received help. I tried to pay on their "MyAccount" portal but its not working.. Vumatel is *******... If you are thinking of joining Vumatel please DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT JOIN VUMATEL, their customer service and chat box is the worst. I have 2 account with Vumatel but im not a happy customer... Everything is just wrong with them!!!!!
I am paying every month for this Wifi but I have not had service from last week.. I work for home and I have had to use extra money out of my budget to buy data.. The customer service is horrible and they are not reachable on the phone... I refuse to pay a full bill end of the month due to the amount of money I have spent on Data so that my laptop and other devices can keep running around home.. I need my wifi fixed today.. Tomorrow is Monday and I need wifi to work!!!!!!! If they deduct money from my account end of the month, I will report thus company for scamming.
I was recently due to pay R120 towards my DSTV account on the 30th April. However, I decided to make a payment of R400 instead of R120. So I was expecting to have channels added or to at least have a credit on the account since I paid more then the expected amount. I paid on time but my services are disconnected and i cant view my channels. my concern is who will be liable to pay the reconnection fees because my account is disconnected falsely. I am at work everyday and the last thing i wanna do is constantly be calling their unprofessional customer care. Please help me! i want a refund or my services reconnected urgently.
From the 24th of February I have been trying to place an order with Telkom mobile and it has been complete waste of my time and airtime. The lady i spoke with first processed the order and told me i will get an order number in 48 hours. i waited for over 3 days and called back again and i got a different waiting period, each time when i call i get something different. Then on the 07th March they call me and say they dont have stock. i decided to place another and each time they call or i call them they cut the call. Its so frustrating. WHAT DOES ONE HAVE TO DO TO GET A SUCCESSFUL ORDER WITH TELKOM?!!!!!
