I was at Eastgate superdry on Thursday and the was only one guy in the store which was so helpful but at the same time he was watching the floor while trying to help me so I decided to go and told him I will be back so he can be on the floor which I did after 2 hours and still he was alone and I wanted to pay with pay just now and he didn't know how to use it but tried to help me even called the manager who was off on that day to assist since the manager's assist was out for more than 2 hours how can this guy leave a new person in the store alone for so long he's not serious about his job that new guy tried his best to help everyone who was there even while he was stressing but he kept his cool and someone from Diesel store had to come and assist him with pay just now please guys that assist manager is not serious about his job find someone who will work with the new guy and please give him more training his willing to work it's just he needs more training big ups to him I forgot his name but I'm sure the manager knows who I'm talking about.
I have never been so angry because of Makro since morning I requested a ride to Alberton Makro and it was closed but on their website it said they are open tried to call Makro Carnival and they said they open on public holidays closing at 4pm and I requested again to carnival which I found it closed also so I would like to know why Makro is not specific on their website that they don't open on Good Friday holidays instead of saying they are open do they know how much I have wasted just by running around for nothing I'm so disappointed Makro is a big company I didn't expect this fix your trading hours on the website please
Vuma has a bad customer service I would never recommend it to anyone they don't care about their customers all they care about its money
I'm so disappointed with the service from vuma and their technicians we reported our router is not connecting with our cellphones since from last month and they said a technician will come but till today nothing is happening yet we will be expected to pay in full for something we have not being using I feel vuma is ****ming us nje you want us to pay for the service you not giving and it's so wrong I don't even understand how their technicians work if there's a problem they just keep quite and do nothing about it?
Im very disappointed with kfc online yesterday I ordered their Monday special 2 of them I even told my colleague to buy as well since it was 50% off which we did at 3pm and on the app it said they will deliver at 16:05 and I didn't mind since I was knocking off at 4pm but I waited till 5pm without having my order or any communication I had to call the store and they told me they are waiting for a driver to collect the order then after waiting so long they canceled my order without even talking to me or ask me I got so irritated after waiting so long they canceled my order and it was late I had to use extra cash to get Uber to get me to the taxi rank for what???? Nothing that time it's late for me to cook at home we had to sleep without having anything to eat because of their inconvenience I got home late at 19:30pm while I knocked off at 16:00pm so is that fair? What frustrated me more was waiting so long for nothing even my colleague was disappointed with kfc service I mean why didn't they tell me in time they can't deliver instead of letting me stand at work till late for nothing they should just leave this delivery thing if they can't do their jobs they can't even call their drivers they said they are using outside source a big company like kfc doesn't have drivers no guys you making your problems ours which is wrong I expect a call from a store manager of Shell garage Denver kfc to tell me what happened with my order since they had dinner with their families last night while mine didn't. 0835155510 Lerato is my name
I place food order last night for the store to deliver today at 11:30am because my lunch is at 12 but when I checked my order this morning it was canceled and I ordered again at 11am and my food came after lunch time at 12:30 the delivery time kept changing and when I asked the driver he said he had another delivery to do so why does uber estimate the time of delivery while knowing the driver might have other deliveries I ended up not having lunch today because of such nonsense I was ****ed for real I was hungry and had too much work to do but uber eats decided to make my day bad can they please fix their app or drivers .
Last night I ordered a full chicken meal at Birch Acres Mall Nando's and the taste was so bad I couldn't even tell what was the flavour it was like I'm eating a chicken dust from the corners which I think its even better that what I had what annoys me most it was not the first time buying chicken from this store and I thought maybe the person who was on duty that day didn't spice the meat enough but again this time it was even worse I'm so disappointed never had a Nandos like the one from Birch Acres they should give them training for sure I have been eating Nandos for many years and I was excited when I saw that we will have a store around tembisa but now it's better not to have it at all than to be wasting my money like this he'll no!!! please who ever owns that Nandos do something
I ordered food for me and my 2 daughters and I waited for almost 2 hours then boom my order was canceled just like that and someone from uber called me to ask for my address then after that my order was canceled how do they do that after I waited so long for food and my daughter was crying because her food didn't arrive im very disappointed with Birch Acres McDonald's they were not supposed to take my order if they were not able to deliver in de first place now its late I have to make a plan to cook for us to eat what a waste of time if they can't use this delivery option they should just leave it not inconvenience customers.

I laybyed my daughter jeans at edgars mall of africa and the laybye was expiring on the 4th December 2021 and I got an sms on the 8 December 2021 that I shud pay de remaining I went the on the 9 December to take them out and they told me they took them out as it expired I told them I didn't receive any call but they said there's nothing they can do on their side I laybyed those clothes for my daughter for Christmas now where will I get them I told them as a store since they didn't call me can they try to get stock from other edgars I will pick them up but they said they can't I was so frustrated since I didn't receive a call and why did they send me an sms on de 8 December if they knew already they canceled it without my permission I'm so disappointed with edgars other stores they give you 15 days after your laybye has expired but with them it's different and I think they are the only once doing this I laybyed at jozi and I got my laybye after 7 days of expiring date they do as they please at mall of africa laybye policy doesn't work like that I'm sure of that.
