I purchased a sink mixer from Builders Warehouse Atteridgeville on 25 February 2023. It comes with a 12-year guarantee. In November 2025, the tap started leaking. The supplier refused to assist, claiming it was a “maintenance” issue — without even inspecting the product. The wording on the box regarding the guarantee is ambiguous, making it unclear what is actually covered. After following up with Builders Warehouse customer service on 15 January 2026, my case was dismissed without any explanation. I am extremely disappointed. This product is still within the guarantee period, yet I am left without support. I expect Builders Warehouse to honour the guarantee and repair or replace the tap immediately.

I have been buying my wife flowers at Netflorist but this time around I’m beyond disappointed. They were supposed to deliver the gifts at work since it’s her birthday. You can imagine sending somebody gift and they come home without the gifts you bought them. They literally just delivered now at 20:30. I’m beyond disappointed.
A month ago I was from a funeral when my car started acting up. I towed it home. So stressed and exhausted, I called OUTsurance for assistance and got the best advisor ever. First thing first, he asked me to save my airtime he’ll call me back. He called immediately afterwards. He asked me couple of questions not interrogation. Gave some advises and assured me my car will be fixed I shouldn’t worry. Called the dealership to organize everything. Everything he had promised, he’d delivered. I guess that’s why they call themselves Woolworths grade. Thank you Jason Pollen. Never met a consultant like you. Keep it up brother. You are a ⭐️.

I would advise people not to take via Mondo. They have upgraded my sim data package that is not working. Now I’m being taken from pillar to post. One of their Consultant Sanele put on hold forever and he was busy talking “rubbish” with his colleagues without muting my call. I’m so frastrated right now. And MTN is not helping as well.
My mom went for a surgery to this hospital referred to by Primecure. This hospital got authorisation from Primecure. She undergone the surgery and thought everything was fine until 4 months later when we started receiving calls from the debt collectors. Why send debt collectors before you even contact the patient first? The bill was incorrect all together. But why refer the case to debt collectors without alerting your patients. I’m never going to this hospital ever and recommend this hospital.
