Rain is charging me R1000 on a package of R265,they even say I can't cancel until I settle the R1000. They are charging me for an invoice of a service they never provided. I don't have internet but every 2 weeks they increase the amount owing. If I can't afford a mere R250 how will I afford R1000. Worse is that you say you are a no contract Sim I still don't understand where did I sign that if I don't pay I will be charged for an invoice. The call center agent couldn't explain how I'm owing R1000 on a R265 plan. All she said was that she will escalate but no one has came back to me. Pathetic service shame from Rain

I would specifically like to thank Refiloe the cashier who interacts with every customer and always has a smile on her face. She is the best and makes us appreciate shopping at exact Southgate Mall
So cell c doesn't call me to tell me that I'm owing and how much I'm owing. Now I'm told I've been handed over to debt collectors without any knowledge and when I went to the branch they tell me they can't help me because they don't know what I'm owing I must call the call center, isn't the call center supposed to work the same way as the branch. So much bad service for my credit record to be tarnished like that. Please tell me how much I owe and how and where to pay it

I went to the store asked the security if I can withdraw cash send from capitec and the security said yes definitely I can as I had told her I forgot my bank card, I got to the cashier by the name of buhle maphala and she told me that I can't withdraw after standing in the queue for +-10 minutes with the things that I wanted to buy and the security saying yes I can withdraw, 10 minutes. I showed her on my app from capitec that I can withdraw as per the app and she said I can't withdraw I must go to shorprite. I then went to shoprite to withdraw the money and came back to pay for the things that I wanted. Went to her and she told me to go back to the line she's busy and I waited again for another 10 minutes which I did. When I paid she was giving a bad attitude. I told her that Im gonna report her on hello Peter and she didn't have the decency to even apologise, even showed me where her name is on the slip. The attitude was so bad that it was like she was saying I must report her she doesn't care. The service at that store is bad in general that u even scared to ask for the manager but to rub in the attitude she went totally out of line. I will never purchase anything from builders express Southgate, I'd rather go to ctm shame. No value for money what so ever yoo what an experience I had
I have not been assisted after requested documents, I'm still hanging. I will never ever use wesbank and will never recommend it to anyone. I'm even on my way to the ombudsman because wow the service is the pits
Why is it so hard to give me a prove of payment, I have requested it from the agent who was assisting me when I sold the car and even today I'm still waiting, its been more than a week now. She says she escalated to team leader but really how long does it take?
I don't understand why are u guys refusing to close off the account when the car has been paid off and you have even provided me with the paper from inatis. I just want you guys to close the account, stop sending me statements and stop paying the credit life insurance on a car that I have sold to someone else. Please please close the account.
I've been receiving bad service these company, I was retrenched in August, put through my claim from September and today they tell me they don't havent received any documents from me when I send them nearly every week. Im so frustrated that I'm going back and fourth to be told they don't have any of my documents. You call the claims department, they are so incompetent I'm even tired of trying. If I can't be assisted I'm gonna have to go to the ombudsman
I'm trying to claim from the insurance as I've been retrenched and I've been to 3 branches who are refusing to sign and stamp the cessionary details for me to claim. Tomorrow you guys will be harrasing me for non payment when you are refusing me to claim from the insurer. I went to maponya mall branch and they refused to sign the form and give me a stamped bond statement, I then went to randburg square which gave me a bond statement which is stamped but refused to sign the cessionary document, I then went to Southgate branch which signed the cessionary but refused to stamp it. So I'm now stuck between FNB not iua which wants those documents for the claim to be done. At this point in time I hate FNB because they giving us endless problems. It was 1st my husband who experienced bad service with the home loan and now it's me. We gonna change banks shame. I don't even know what to do with an incomplete form
