I'm so disappointed. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 large chips and asked for the free Rubro drinks advertised at the entrance. The cashier declined, said she would deal with it later, made us wait while she helped 2 more customers. I then went back to the till to insist she help us. She tried to find every excuse to refuse us the special. Each reason she gave we refuted by referring to the advert. Eventually she grudgingly gave us the cans of iced tea, but we left with the realisation that service excellence is not a priority, particularly as it was quite obvious we were the only Caucasians in the branch and she was not happy to serve us. I'm really sad, I love my SA and promote our country at every opportunity. But things are changing. I won't be back, Zinhle.
I placed an order for a grounding sheet on the 30th August 2021 and paid R1,272 for the item and delivery. No delivery was made and several emails later, no refund has been processed and no delivery made. Today is 4th January 2022. I am very disappointed and see there are many complaints against this company.
Scam artists, sold us a Ford Fiesta with a road worthy certificate for R130 000, in 2018, the car started giving trouble, found out it had been in a bad accident, had been auctioned off and Tonero Motors then sold it to us. It was also financed by Standard Bank, so someone was bribed. Don't trust these people. We lost a fortune of money. I have proof, I am not spreading false information.
I am disgusted with the service. I ordered a Burger Bonanza, paid R260 for the order and delivery, for 4 burgers, 2 large chips and 4 buddy colddrinks. Only received 4 burgers and 1 buddy. Of course the phone wasn't answered. I will not be supporting this branch again.
