Snailpace payment system
I resign from government in November 2025. Statistics South Africa, the employer uploaded all the documents in December 2025 and process is stuck at GPAA manual payment review as from the 11 Jan 2006and all call Centre urgent cannot tell as to what is the turn around time and they do not allow me to the complaints manager. I have written 2 emails and the remain unanswered. Am about to lose my house and the car and my kids remain at home because I cannot pay school fees, transport, uniform and stationery.

Vodacom **** customer services
I bought a Huawei Nova 91 from Markham Sammy Marks Pretoria on 28 March 2025, and hardly a month it was losing network daily, only to find out that the SIM card tray is loose. I returned the phone on 12 June 2025 for repairs, and now they are giving me the run-around. The following numbers i was given do not go through at all, 012 362 4331 and 012 362 8014. Horrible Customer service from Markham/Vodacom
I bought a Huawei 91 on March 28, 2025, on a Vodacom line, and it's hardly been a month since it started losing network every day. I returned the phone on 12 June 2025 since it is still on warranty and is insured with Reference Number: VTG003036.The technician at the store discovered the starter pack tray had been loose, hence the network problems, and I kept on losing important numbers and WhatsApp messages. Worst customer service than America Donald Trump
My DSTV Internet services ended in December 2024 but to date multichoice is is still billing me together with the decoder and refusing to separate the bills. Arrogant Condescending Cartrack
My car has been forcefully taken away from me after the saw me taking a video when they were taking someone's car. Only to find out that they are taxi patrolers. They are demanding R5000 to release and I told them that I don't have. I have been trying to get tracker to retrieve my car but they refused. I have been sitting at the Ivory police station since 11:00 with no luck. The car is at Thembisa mall. Free Will NedbankGroup Trust ****
I took out a Will with NedbankGroup Trust some years ago and I found out this year that the executor fee is 3.5% of the entire amount while amending beneficiaries. I initiated the process of canceling the Will but am being taken from pillar to post. I was given 4 different numbers and 5 different email addresses and in all circumstances, I was told that It could not be done over the phone and all emails came referring to each as the right email. The fee is not disclosed on the actual Will but only confirmed in writing when I enquired but I was told is free with only R90 yearly premium. Id number: 6603036940083. Cell number: 0765290138

Lack of updating VW accounts affecting my credit score
VW finance has not updated all my payments from 15 June 2024 to 15 January 2025. TransUnion records indicated that payments are made late every month which is not true since my account is debited on the 15 of every month and I have a statement from VW finance indicating the same

FNB Apartheid customer service badly affecting my credit score
I have been making monthly payments to both the Covid loan (account number: 150324918 and home loan (account number: 3000018913479) however my credit report from TransUnion indicates otherwise that I am defaulting every month because FNB is failing to update from their side, I have written to them numerous times without success. I strongly feel that FNB is treating me this way because I am black. I cannot buy a car or other or assets because of FNB's poor customer service. My Id number is 6603036940083

Bull FNB
I was offered COVID Relief funds in FNB which I duly accepted with the agreement that FNB will extend the home loan bond repayment by 3 months. However, they opted to increase the monthly installment which i did not have a problem with. But Nedbank contacted me last week that I have a personal loan that needs me to authorize a debit check for R 200 personal loan from FNB. I was shocked because the Covid Relief funds amount has been included on the home loan account number 300001891349 and Oneaccount number 62070945103 has been closed bu and now they have reffered to their legal services without my knowledge. I want FNB to cease with collection since the amount has been included on the home loan and Oneaccount has been closed. Oneaccount was one of the FNB scam accounts .

AVIS CAR RENTAL FROM HELL
