I resign from government in November 2025. Statistics South Africa, the employer uploaded all the documents in December 2025 and process is stuck at GPAA manual payment review as from the 11 Jan 2006and all call Centre urgent cannot tell as to what is the turn around time and they do not allow me to the complaints manager. I have written 2 emails and the remain unanswered. Am about to lose my house and the car and my kids remain at home because I cannot pay school fees, transport, uniform and stationery.

My car has been forcefully taken away from me after the saw me taking a video when they were taking someone's car. Only to find out that they are taxi patrolers. They are demanding R5000 to release and I told them that I don't have. I have been trying to get tracker to retrieve my car but they refused. I took out a Will with NedbankGroup Trust some years ago and I found out this year that the executor fee is 3.5% of the entire amount while amending beneficiaries. I initiated the process of canceling the Will but am being taken from pillar to post. I was given 4 different numbers and 5 different email addresses and in all circumstances, I was told that It could not be done over the phone and all emails came referring to each as the right email. VW finance has not updated all my payments from 15 June 2024 to 15 January 2025. TransUnion records indicated that payments are made late every month which is not true since my account is debited on the 15 of every month and I have a statement from VW finance indicating the same
I have been making monthly payments to both the Covid loan (account number: 150324918 and home loan (account number: 3000018913479) however my credit report from TransUnion indicates otherwise that I am defaulting every month because FNB is failing to update from their side, I have written to them numerous times without success. I was offered COVID Relief funds in FNB which I duly accepted with the agreement that FNB will extend the home loan bond repayment by 3 months. However, they opted to increase the monthly installment which i did not have a problem with. But Nedbank contacted me last week that I have a personal loan that needs me to authorize a debit check for R 200 personal loan from FNB. I was shocked because the Covid Relief funds amount has been included on the home loan account number 300001891349 and Oneaccount number 62070945103 has been closed bu and now they have reffered to their legal services without my knowledge. I want FNB to cease with collection since the amount has been included on the home loan and Oneaccount has been closed. Oneaccount was one of the FNB scam accounts .
I owed AVIS CAR Rental rental money and I have since paid it off but they are refusing to issue me with a paid-up letter through CREDITWORX. The reference number is 30114047/1
